Excellent parts.
Thank you, I just installed it and is working perfectly. Definitely will be ordering this item in the future or one like it. This time I repaired my own refrigerator. I also repair refrigerators for clients as part of my small repair business.

Had all parts needed and good price
It seemed a little flimsy but the original was as well. Oddly, the wire colors were flipped (item only mounts one way due to brackets so i didn’t install backwards…..) once I routed wires and clipped on thermostat I was able to quickly plug back into heater and screw onto mount. I replaced the defrost timer at the same time and everything worked. Freezer is back to normal and we are happy food hoarders once again.

The heater stopped working after 4 months!

not assembled correctly
tried to install as received would not fit ,after comparing to old part found heater was installed in bracket incorrectly .removed and installed properly unit fit into evaporator easily.2nd time i purchased this heater and same as last check with assembly.
