Glue gone!
I had carpet removed and wanted to treat concrete underneath with concrete sealant. There was lots of glue that I could not get off with a scraper. I wore myself out. I found this product...Blue Bear. I did research and took the chance it would work. It did. I put it on as was indicated by directions. I still had to scrape but it was like wet mud when scraping if off the concrete. I have a lot left but I have several more floors to do. This was the best option for me. Nontoxic too. I don't want lung damage so that was an important factor also. It's worth a try. I would buy again. Highly recommend

Works great
It is the best mastic remover you can get. It’ll work when nothing else does. But boy will it make a mess!

Not as bad of a job as you might think
Product worked as described I was actually impressed that it worked better than advertised. I had fairly heavy layer of black mastic that came right up after soaking 2-3 hours. I bought several bags of ZEP instant spill absorber and made a perimeter for the MR 500 as it is fairly thin. A hard Quickie (insert joke) bristle brush was used to spread remover and scrub stubborn spots. The rest cleaned right up with a squeegee and soaked it up with the remaining floor dry. Make sure you get the degreaser and let it soak. I did two applications. Overall, very good product, safe, effective, easy to use

Worked well
Works well, just messy. After waiting 8 hrs I used the spill absorbent , sprinkled it on and scraped it in a pile and then to the garbage.

So far it’s amazing
Did one test are… left on for 2hrs and removed with a squeegee. Minimal odor and not a bad one either.

This is the best stuff
This is the only product that I have found that removes black mastic from concrete floors. It’s works well. I leave it on the mastic for about an hour to two hours, and squeegee off. I repeat process where needed. Then clean up with TSP.

Kinda let down...
The product would probably work fine for just a regular mastic or something. After seeing the YouTube video for this it looked promising enough though to spend the $160 on this giant 5 gallon bucket. I have multiple rooms with a black mastic tile adhesive and a tar protective seal combo on the concrete slab...and bought it specifically to try to get rid of all of that.I was fairly disappointed in the results of the product. I waited two hours like the bucket said and found it had dried up and It loosened up maybe the top layer?? Maybe just whatever was a mastic probably. The real problem though is that it made a giant stickier and much worse mess of the floor than what was originally there. It wasn’t the smooth clean up like the YouTube video made it out to be.For what I needed done I found it being less effective than a $13 a gallon can of mineral spirits from Menards. The mineral spirits actually broke up the tar and got me to the point of a smooth and non-sticky concrete floor again.I’ll review the blue bear recommended degreaser next. Maybe 1 for 2 will be good??

100% worth the price!
Amazing stuff! Thought it was snake oil at first but it works like they show in the videos, squeegee off! Product needs two coats (will only cover 400 sq ft. 2 coats)to remove mastic and any left overs should scrapped away before second coat. Anything left over I would recommend using a heavy degreaser and encapsulating any left overs in a slurry mix of cement since those spots are more than likely low spots in your foundation. Last word of warning, if walls are painted, sealed, or your going to seal, try to tape as best as you can.
