Great phone
Update: a month into using this on a regular basis and the feedback (or lack thereof, heh) is 100% positive from all sides of the conference calls. AFAIK, the dial plan issue is not resolved, but it's a very small irritant to dial 10 digits to make a local call, especially since almost all conference hosting call-in numbers are 10 digit numbers anyway. We have had limited opportunity to use this device, but so far it has performed very well. To be able to say this is quite a compliment because the people using it (at the same time) range from soft-spoken to Van Halen concert loud - all in the same room. One caveat - the dial plan is ignored by the OS at this time, but VTech assures me they are working hard to correct that bug. We get around it by just dialing all 10 digits for our local numbers as well as long distance.Recommended. Beats the heck out of those triangular things, both on sound and cost.

VTECH has no support very hard to setup
If forced to send it back, VTCH offers no tech support. The directions need to be clearer and/or they need to offer support. Terrible experience. Buy another brand!

Great phone
Love this phone! Great sound quality, easy setup. Works well with our Toshiba proprietary phone system. The external microphones are so easy to use, and so helpful during a call in a large conference room.

Nice Phone, Outgoing Sound a Bit Thin
The phone is fundamentally a very good design — very usable. The sounds quality of the speaker is good, rich, loud, and clear. There is a nice feature that allows you to "beep" the mics, in case one has gone astray, and can't be located. The sound coming from the mics does leave something to be desired: it's a bit tinny — lacking some richness. The sound is completely clear, but the tone is too thin. They did something odd with the power. They give you a power injector to connect in series with the Ethernet connection. We have PoE switches, so we shouldn't need to use their in-line power supply. But guess what! VTech's implementation of PoE is completely nonstandard, and is totally incompatible with industry-standard stuff like Cisco PoE.Overall, not a bad conference phone. One other thing: in addition to being a VoIP device, it can also function as a USB mic.Considering the price, it's a great deal

Does not stay connected
Cool idea with mic pods and voice quality is good when it works. Will not stay connected to our SIP provider. We have 4 of these and all have the same issue. Other brand phones on the network are not having this issue. We tried optimizing SIP settings on our VOIP provider and still having problems. Ping time is 5 times higher than most other VOIP phone on our network.

Amazing Conference Phone especially for the price.
Great conference phone. Integrated into training room soft phone as audio input source for video conferencing, I was able to split the computer audio to room speakers and just use the mics from the ErisStation for audio in. In training room environment it can easily allow 16 people to video conference and clearly hear each attendee. Only challenge has been getting our directory on the phone. Haven't been able to figure this out yet.

Great product. The four little traveling mikes work nicely
Great product. The four little traveling mikes work nicely. Good for a medium sized meeting room, where single microphone is not sufficient. Good quality speaker too.
