I know burdock roots has diuretic effects, but boy did this make have to pee… to the point of dehydration and I had to stop taking them. Also the bladderwack helps with improving digestion for me. I’ve lost 6 pds since taking this supplements but I think that’s from the increase bowel movement and the excessive urinating. Soooo, I say it does what it claimed but a little too much for me.

So I have sinus and allergy symptoms and mucus buildup in my throat from my sinuses dripping and it helps. I also have GERD that at night my stomach acid comes back up in my throat that causes my throat to itch. The doctors all were telling its because of my allergies and to take acid pills and flonase so it lead to me coughing at night that I couldn't even sleep I keep getting up to spit and spray my throat that made me sick in the morning from the spray. So I started doing my own research and I came across these I must say I've been using these pills for about a two weeks but the first week no coughing. The only thing that work so I stopped taking the other meds and now I can finally sleep.
