SUPERBOX S1 PRO 2020 Latest and Greatest Model

First let me state that i have a gig speed internet at home. I also had the unit ethernet hard wired. The unit studdered with lag all the time making the shows completely unwatchable. A lot of the videos and shows have captioning in which you cannot turn off. This is very annoying. Shows would just quit all of a sudden and start over from the start. The videos almost look pirated. When i returned the unit for a refund, the vendor only credited 254.00 of the 319.00 spent on this product. I would not reccomend this product to anyone. I am reporting this issue to Amazon as well. Get a Fire Stick or other box. This vcost a lot of money and it is honesly not worth the price.

After watching numerous videos on YouTube about this product I decided to get it. When it arrived it did not come fully loaded as expected, and I couldn’t find a way to load the apps I saw on the YouTube video. But because of excellent communication and support from the seller I was able to get this product up and running quickly and it is performing better than I expected. Just finished watching a movie I would’ve had to have rented and paid money for. For free! I can now watch all my network and cable TV shows and thousands of awesome movies. Well worth the price. I was so excited I ran to my neighbors house and shared my satisfaction with your product. They’re going to look into whether they also want to cut the cable and their expensive cable bills and buy your product.

The only dislike I have is not being able to get my local tv news. Other than that, it has been a great addition. It will enable me to get out of paying cable bills. Much to offer as far as tv stations and videos. I would suggest it to anyone.

I a device from 12Volt, and it was faulty. It operated fine for the first 3 days. But after then it started messing up. At first when my family was watching the live TV it would hesitate a few times and then just completely shut off. After restarting it and completely resetting the device it would work fine for a few hours it would start hesitating all over again. So after a few times of this device blacking out on us I reached out to the SuperBox support team, and we went through a few exercises to try and get the device to operate the way it should and all attempts were unsuccessful. They suggested that i return that box because it was faulty, so I did. Mind you, I'm not the type of person who writes bad review, but the customer service from 12Volt was just horrible. They didn't respond right away to my concerns. And then when I return the faulty device they didn't give me my full refund. I don't believe they sold me a brand new device, cause I bought another one from the SuperBox company for the same price as Amazon's price and it works like new money, and I've had it for a month now.So I would advise you to NOT BUY FROM 12VOLT, get one from the other distributors, or do like I did get it from the SuperBox company. That's what I'm going to do for my next one.

I could not be happier with superbox S1 pro. There is an amazing amount of content on the box. If there is one shortcoming, it is that there is really no operating instructions. I had to go on you tube to find out how to use the box.

Very happy with this product. Is everything the promotion says
