PeugeotSwiss Ladies White Ceramic Bezel Set Watch PS4900WT

I had my ceramic every-day watch for 14 years. I liked everything about them - weight, look, durability. But they eventually broke. I spent some time looking for a replacement. These are pretty nice copy of J12. I actually took them to Neiman Marcus and put them next to the original. Very, very close. 4 stars because the clasp is cheap. I hope someone from Peugeot is reading this - get better clasps and you will sell more watches. There were some comments about sizing. No issue at all. Just sized them at my local jewelry store. Quality is yet to be seen. Hoping for the best.

This watch is beautiful but it was too big when it arrived so I took it to a jeweler. He told me that you need a special tool to take apart the band. I ended up having to go to Tourneu and even they didn't have the right tool! Finally they were able to locate one and fixed the band but the clasp on one side keeps opening up. I am worried I am going to lose it. I don't want to return it, it is really pretty. I'm not sure what to do.

I got this because I wanted a ceramic watch that resembled the fancy scmancy chanel J12's. I didn't want an exact copy but something "similar". This definitely fits the bill.The watch itself is substantial. I had to have some links removed - I had to go to 2 jewelery stores to find one with the right tool, and when I did, it cost me $25 to have the links removed (because they are ceramic, I was told). Anyway so you need to beware that not every jewelry/watch shop has the right tool and you may pay to have the links taken out.I had some trouble with the bezels -- I took it off just fine, but it was tricky screwing on the new one. Eventually got it. Check the bezels periodically, I have found that it loosens slightly from time to time.I am having a problem where the clasp opens up (half of it, it's a double clasp). I notice right away and it may be that my arm is hitting the clasp "button" but it's still annoying. I don't think I am going to lose the watch but i just get annoyed.For the price, you can't beat this watch though -- it's gorgeous, and I've gotten tons of complements on it.

I will start off by saying I’m a watch snob. (Rolex, Chopard, Breitling) & I was looking to add a real Chanel J12 to my collection. But it would be my first ceramic watch and not sure how I would like it so I decided to order this lookalike to see if I would wear a black watch before I invest $10-$15k for the real thing.I was expecting some flimsy plastic feeling watch to be honest and am truly surprised on how nice this watch is! First off, it has a nice weight to it (does not feel cheap) and the clasp is similar as well. I will have to see how long the watch holds up as I just got it but NO one wouldn’t think this wasn’ta Chanel unless they stuck their face into the dial to see the brand name. I’m going to stick to this one for now and save all that $$! Happy the bezel is easy to change out too. Just make sure that you go to a jeweler or watch repair that has the tools to remove ceramic links or they can shatter Just FYI

The watch is beautiful. I don't mind the weight of the ceramic, but I have yet to find a jeweler that can remove 3 links. I have been to four, so far, and no luck yet. I am going to call the Peugeot toll free number to see if they have any suggestions.

Returned because the deployment catch was broken.

I love this watch. As other reviewers have written it’s a big, beautiful watch at a great price. BUT it just arrived and it’s not running. I have to get it sized and will have the jeweler take a look at it but am a little concerned because of other reviews about battery issues. Keep you posted. Hope it’s not a problem because I really love it.

Damaged when received. Wouldn't recommend buying

This is a beautiful watch and would have given it 5 stars but for the difficulty in having links removed. I had noted in other reviews about this problem and it was the same for me. After trying 2 jewellers without success, I found one who managed to remove the links but it took him an hour and a half and broke at least half a dozen pins in the process. If anyone is looking to buy this watch, I feel they should take this problem into consideration.
