This was a good amount for the price. It is smelling and working like lavender oil. The packaging was what it should be. Essential oils shouldn't really be exposed to light for storage or long periods of time. This bottle is aluminum with two sealed caps. I couldn't smell anything until I opened the second lid inside the first. It's child proof also.

Passed my coffee filter purity test. I am a soaper. This is pure grade Lavender and for soapmaking a great oil to use because the prices out there for us soapers are $$$. This works great! A++. Yes, it's Lavender!

!! WARNING !!I've purchased this item twice. it's a big 32 oz, so i have a lot of experience with this product.What I recently discovered is that it has been poisoning me, slowly, but surely, with Neurotoxic Contaminants for many months now.The affects have been subtle, until i started physically ingesting the Lavender Oil, a few drops by mouth. (organic lavender oil by standard is totally appropriate and cosnidered safe for oral ingestion), but NOT this product.One day, I got extremely weak. my eyesight became blurry, i was unable to walk. i ambulance showed up and i was rushed to the hospital.What else?after that hospital visit, i had stopped physically ingesting the product, but still used it EXTERNALLY, to spray my bed sheets, comforter, pillow cases.I had become poisoned again.!! WARNING !!

Buyer beware.This is very cut Lavender oil, the one I received. The scent doesn’t even hold. Tried contacting the company direct outside of Amazon. If they don’t refund me, I’m getting the FDA involved. The Tea Tree smells like gasoline and the Ylang Yland smells like it’s cut with wintergreen.

Finally I've found an true essential that smells like real Lavender and MOST IMPORTANT works in the cold process soap making. Thank you GreenHealth!!!...............:-)...........Perfect for cold process soap making!!!

I put some in my shower gel or use as a linen spray, It gives a pleasant smell to a lot of things

It's fine for DIY projects at home, but I don't recommend it for soap/commercial use. The fragrance is nice, but not nearly as strong as other Lavender EOs I've used. It dissipates quickly and does not last. I was also an unfortunate recipient of one of the partially full bottles.
