Easy to put together. I did it by myself. It only took about 30 minutes. This thing is awesome! My cats love it! Shipped quick. Great quality. Only thing wrong was the angle of the cut on the ladder was wrong so it doesn’t sit flush on the ground. But my cats dont care so neither do I 😁

OMG - we have 3 cats - they started climbing up it and scratching it as we were assembling it. They spend their whole time on this - love perching up high, love sleeping in the little boxes (it is so sweet when they peer out of the cat-face-shaped opening), and rub against the rope columns - those they haven't scratched to shreds... Seriously the best buy ever.

Large size, cat likes batting at the ropes and jumping up in it at full speed. The adjustable pieces at the top are supposed to make it more stable by making contact with the ceiling, but that only works for an 8' ceiling. Other than that, very happy with it.

With the amount of cats we have need multiple levels.

Loving it so far. Only slight downside is that it's so tall that if your car is plump you need it anchored to a wall if it's on carpet. We've only had it up for a few weeks since about February 10, 2017 or so.

We received this cat tree on time. The problem was that it was damaged. We looked into return, yada yada yada. The time and effort to repack, resend, then have it come back is a total waste of time. So we fixed the cheaply made thing. We cut wooden supports and put them into the boxes which were broken.

This is a great product and my cats do very much enjoy it, however I must strongly advise against buying it due to my experience with the seller Kitty Mansions support.The item arrived at my house packed very tightly in a large box. After examining all of the parts we discovered that several had been damaged either during or before shipping. This seems to be a common issue from this seller based on my research.I called amazon customer support initially and they were very helpful, as always. They explained that I had received one of the last items in stock and that they did not have any more parts available from the manufacturer. They offered to give me a full refund, but we decided that it would be nearly impossible to successfully get the product back into the box that it came in to return it. We agreed that amazon would give me a partial 20% refund that I would use to purchase the parts I needed directly from the seller Kitty Mansions.This is when things became very frustrating. I tried unsuccessfully to contact the seller both by phone and email for close to two months. The most I ever got back was a short, one sentence email stating that they did not have any replacement parts available, despite this being listed as one of the product features when I bought the item (and one of the main reasons I chose to buy this particular model.) I could not get any other information as to whether they would have parts in stock again, or when they might be available. I was never able to reach a real person on their phone support line. It would seem that this seller is more interested in selling you a completely new product then providing support for the one's they have already sold.I finally contacted Amazon support again to try and resolve the issue. Once again they were very professional and helpful. It took amazon several days to track down the seller. Luckily for me, however, Kitty Mansions suddenly had parts in stock when their Amazon contract was on the line. I was finally able to fix my Cat Tree, but I will not be buying from this seller in the future.TL;DRDon't buy anything from Kitty Mansions unless you can afford to buy a whole new product should anything go wrong with it!

I have 8 cats and they love this cat tree. It can be twisted into an L shape or into the straight shape. I used the L shape and put it in a corner next to the sliding glass door and my cats spend all day sleeping on it and curled up in the cubby holes.
