Good movie

Watched this years ago wanted to see if it had stood the rest of time, happy to say it has

East is East is a lovely little film.For me is showed some really interesting issues people may face in an ever changing world.There are some scenes of domestic violence that I found hard to watch, for I would speak against anyone who would raise there hand to another but as much as I hate such things you could really see the hardship for all characters involved.Over all I really enjoyed the film and would recommend it to you all but with the caveat that it maybe with hard for people who may find previously mentioned scenes a little too close to home.

Funny had a good laugh.

Great film, one of my favs and seen it several times. Some parts are a bit sad, and a few a might be a little shocking for some by todays standards if you’re sensitive- but generally it’s funny and good to watch.
