If they’re new don’t open and wrap on a cloth
They were wrapped in a cloth and didn’t come with clips. Not so convenient now I’m having a grinding noise because I had to use my old clips.

Good Pads, Wrong Hardware Shims shipped with it
Bosch are good pads, but this box had the wrong hardware for my application, even though it was reported as being correct when year/model entered.
