Works, and doesn't hurt
I did go through the whole system and I achieved visibly whiter teeth. It wasn't dramatically different, but I'm happy with the results because this is the only whitener I've used that didn't hurt my sensitive teeth. I've had to give up on other whiteners before because I couldn't stand the discomfort. I'll definitely do this system again.

Works, but you pay the painful price.
It worked, but it burned my gums a couple of times. The chemical caused my gums to turn white in a couple of spots. The chem burns healed and my gums went back to normal after a few days. I stopped using the product when my teeth became sensitive to mostly everything I ate.

Good for touchups
It's perfect the occasional touchup. Don't expect any miracles from it though. It's very expensive for it is but also works much better than typical whitening stripes.

Whiter smile but watch your gums
I have used this product a couple of times and it does lighten your teeth color quite considerably, but I do find it's very harsh on the gums, so I would ask your dentist before using it.
