WOW WOW WOW!! MUST HAVE! SUPER QUALITY!
Let me just start off by saying I have been cubing for maybe 7 days now. Before that I never picked up a cube or looked at algorithms nor could I even fathom a cube could be solved, much less by myself. With that being said I purchased my first cube which was from Walgreens. It was made by Winning Moves. Junk. Junk. Junk. However, for $12.99 and a "FIRST CUBE", dont get me wrong it was enough to get me interested to learn. I invested in the Dayan V2!! OMG smooth, silky, turns amazingly fast, minimal pops if any! Allows me to execute my algorithms effortlessly! My average with the Winning Moves cube was around 5 minutes. My new average is around 3 minutes. My best was 2 minutes so far!!! Im impressed and for the price its quality!!Update: I was playing with my old one a few minutes ago and the "drag" that is had felt as if there was tar inside. Had I not invested in the Dayan I would have never known what I was missing out on!!

Seems a bit smaller than the typical Rubik's cube size
Bought this as a gift for someone who has a regular Rubik's cube, but wanted a "speed cube". This had such great reviews that I chose it. It just arrived and I was initially surprised to see that it looked like a miniature sized cube. Once I took it out of the box and held it in my hands, it feels really good and glides super smooth. It doesn't seem as small once I opened it and held it.

Great for nostalgia
I got this cube because it reminds me of the good old days when I used a v1 in competitions. Still great for an older cube.

A fantastic speed cube, speed cubers!
I have a collection of speed cubes now. This is my favorite sticker one. It is smooth like butter. I use a little oil from my wife's drawer and reassemble it. I've broken a few cubes in my time taking them apart and putting them back together so do so at your own risk but I only did it on this one because it made a little sound until I did it.That said, this thing is butter. It's absolutely a delight to use.

excellent speed cube
I've been cubing for about 3 years now and I'm pretty upset I never got one of these sooner. I've used modified Rubik's brand cubes, and cube4you DIY speed cubes and none of them come even close to the speed of this cube. Right out of the box it was insanely fast, no need for lubrication or adjustment. HIGHLY recommended!!

Better than zhanchi
My gosh i had bought this thinking since it was an older model cube that it was going to be less quality or not as fast or at least the corner cutting would be less than the zhanchi. Boy let me tell you I was wrong, way wrong this cube has so far been better than all my friends zhanchi[s] and even my own. Out of the box it came like most, having lube over the cube having factory set tension really tight but even then it was better than my zhanchi turning wise anyways, though at first I was scared because it had a sandy sound and feeling but quickly left after 50 or so solves. Anyways overall if you like the fangshi sandy/smooth feeling and the zhanchi's speed than this is the cube for you.

Great cube, as good as a ZhanChi
I am a big speedcuber and can solve many other types of cubes, and get about ~30 seconds on the 3x3. So that's a general idea about my skill. This cube is quite good, and even better if you break it in, tension it, and lube it after. It has a slightly different feel than Dayan's other popular cube, the ZhanChi. The GuHong v2 is essentially the GuHong v1 with torpedoes added in to reduce popping. The GuHong v2 has a slightly smoother feel compared to the ZhanChi. The GuHong v2 seems to pop less than the ZhanChi. They both seem to corner cut just as well. However, I still prefer my ZhanChi.I cannot really describe too much about how it feels versus the ZhanChi, so you will need to get a friend who has both cubes to compare. Your choice is a personal preference.Note: I lubed it using Traxxas 50k weight Differential Oil, which you can buy here off Amazon (look up tutorial videos). Breaking it in means constantly using it until excess plastic wears off. To do this, I solve it about 50-100 times.

Good for beginner speedcuber
Worked really well. I'm not a professional speed cuber, but this one worked really well for me. Easy to turn, but not too loose like I've seen in other models. I'd say it's perfect for a beginner.
