Diedrich Coffee French Roast Blend Keurig K-Cups, 24-Count

I have a pantry full of k-cups I will never use again. I can't tell you how many I tried in search of the perfect cup of coffee. I was about to give up and go back to grinding my own beans and using a regular coffee pot. Thank goodness I don't have to now. I liked the Donut Shop one and a few others but nothing compares to Diedrich Rio Blend. It came in a variety pack I ordered. It was the only one that truly stood out. Their French Roast is also good. Not too bold and is a medium roast as well. But the Rio Blend is my favorite. I, more times than not, make it as an iced coffee and it's just as good. If you do that you'll of course have to adjust the temp and size on you Keurig. You don't want to water it down though.Rio Blend is worth a try. I'm very picky about coffee and it is all I'll drink now.

I had one of these K-cups in a variety set of 70 K-cups that I got for my birthday in June. Last week I picked the Diedrich French Roast out of my coffee drawer to try. I was so pleasantly surprised by how smooth and flavorful this coffee was. I usually go for more exotic coffees and dark roasts but this was perfect! I remembered the crazy design on the foil but I could not for the life of me remember the brand name of this coffee. A quick search on google images gave me the name of the coffee I'd been thinking about for days now and I'm so glad I found it. This coffee is my new favorite!

This isn't that dark of a roast. If you like dark roasts I suggest something else. The flavor of this blend is pretty good though, I'll give it that. However, 4 stars for advertising it as a dark roast when it's more of a full bodied medium.

We had this coffee in a hotel while on a road trip and I LOVED the flavor! I ordered 4 boxes and it was delivered within 2 days!

This is my wife's preferred coffee (Diedrich Coffee French Roast Keurig K-Cups), so I purchase it on Amazon when they lower the price. Otherwise I get it at Bed Bath & Beyond. Do note that there is a light, medium, and dark roast. I recommend the dark to get more coffee flavor. I use the full cup setting, my wife uses medium. We once incorrectly received the light roast and were not satisfied.

I'd been looking for a milder blend for the late afternoon so I picked up a 24 pack of Diedrich Rio on a whim. It was a little cheaper than some of the other brands I'd been buying so I thought I'd give it a try. When it comes to coffee, what constitutes a "good cup" is pretty subject so let me lay that out there up front. With that said, I brewed up a cup of the Rio and immediately noticed that it looked a bit watery and didn't have the aroma of some of the other coffees I'd purchased. After a couple of sips, I confirmed what I noticed during the brew cycle...weak & watery. Maybe I'm just used to a bolder blend.

It seems about as good as the other K-cups I've tried. Might be better, but our machine is inconsistent enough that it's hard to tell exactly.Makes reasonable cups. Smaller cups recommended--asking for bigger cups seems to make weaker/smoother coffee, if that's your thing.

I love a full dark coffee. I'm always looking for a great kcup as it seems the fast brew process makes it difficult to get a rich full bodied cup of coffee. I've tried way too many varieties. I saw this recommended on a website so gave it a try. YES! It is now in my top 3 along with Starbucks Sumatra and San Francisco Bay French Roast.

My husband liked this one 4 stars worth I liked it 2 so I compromised with 3. Nothing wrong just not to my taste.
