My sushi dress finally came! (Slight issue with shipping, but that wasn't anyone's fault.) I purchased the navy dress (my mother's day gift to myself) after reading that the lighter colors could be sheer... I purchased the 3x. I am 5'6+" and weigh around 245 right now. This dress fits perfect! Not too tight, not too lose. All of the stitching is flawless and seems quality. It's exceeded my expectations. The material is extremely soft. I might need to order anther one a couple sizes smaller as I'm trying to lose weight... This is my new favorite dress.Please excuse the bathroom mirror photo I took while balancing on the side of the bathtub. It's the best I could do.

Wow, I love the dress, the print is so vibrant. The fabric is very elastic, and scuba like, but it feels silky, so the dress does not look cheap. I wear anything from XL to 2X, in general. I purchased this dress in XXL, I was afraid that the print will look faded if I went a size smaller, but I could have gotten an XL also. The arm holes are not huge like in other plus size dresses, and that was a pleasant surprise. I love the length of the dress, I like to dress modest, and it covers my knees... I am also short 5'3" :) But the one thing shocked me was the shipping to Canada. Thank you CowCow for shipping to Canada!!!!

I'm 5'7" and ~110 lbs, ordered a medium. Like others have said the material is nice, very soft. The background color ('dark brown') is lighter than pictured in the listing. I do like it and have a bunch of other patterns in a wish list but for how I like clothes to fit and general comfort I would order a large next time.

I had fairly low expectations for this dress, but I really do like it. The fabric is a bit shiny and cheap but for the price, it's pretty good and the colors and print are exactly as shown in the photos here. Very fun print.I got a little confused with the size chart because I normally wear 10-12 or L, but based on the measurements on the size chart, I went up to an XL. As a result the dress is a little baggier than I liked everywhere but the bust, which isn't snug on me but the material definitely has to stretch a little at the widest part of my bust and it makes the fabric look a bit lighter across my bust and isn't ideal for me. I will probably wear a cardigan with the dress because of this. If I had gotten an XXL though it would have been absolutely enormous on me everywhere but the bust. I wear a 36DD for reference, and I normally do NOT experience fit issues due to my bust so it may be important to other busty ladies to note that the dress may stretch visibly to accommodate a larger chest.Anyway, with that issue aside, I do like the dress. I'm 5'8" and the waist hits pretty high but not quite empire, which is flattering on me. The skirt comes a few inches above my knee making it longer than the model photo (which I like). I could definitely wear this out & about without tights or leggings, but will probably layer one or the other under it to wear in Fall/Winter or to work.

I love CowCow dresses and I own quite a few. This one is just as comfortable and cute as the others, but this style with the underbust seam fits much differently than the A-line sheath style of all my other CowCow dresses. I'm 5'7" and size 14/16, and the 2X in my other dresses without the seam fit well with plenty of room and the length covers my knees. This new style with the seam still fits but is much more snug. It is not too tight, but has a much slimmer fit. I will say that my old dresses all sag a bit at the underarm, and this new one fits much better in that area, but it is also a little tighter in the bust which means that the pattern stretches a tiny bit in that area. This dress is also considerably shorter than the others, and fits just like the model in the photo with the dress hitting the upper-mid thigh area. I think the fit of this style is actually much more flattering than the other straight style, but if you are tall or plus-sized you may want to consider sizing up in this style.

I love these dresses. They arrive early and well packaged. The material is similar to bathing suit so it's stretchy and comfortable in all weather. I bought nine so far with different patterns. They are lovely. I am a busty girl so finding a pattern that won't fade around my breasts is close to a miracle. Will indeed buy more. I recommend them to all.

Every time I wear this dress I ALWAYS get compliments. It's very flattering and the sushi is super cute. It's also modest enough to wear to work, but playful enough to wear after. The colors are very vibrant. The fit is great.After washing it a few times, I have noticed a little pilling in the fabric. So I'd definitely recommend washing it on a delicates cycle or in a garment bag.

I've only tried this on, haven't worn it yet (due to evil plan to pair with ugly Christmas sweater on Xmas Eve.)Even so, I liked it so much that I put another CowCow dress in a different print on my wishlist. (Hope Santa is reading this...)So many fun prints, and the fit-and-flare style is universally flattering. The fabric feels like a heavy nylon-spandex -- it seems to glide over problem areas with showing every lump and bump. Runs true to size.I also appreciate how the armholes aren't oversized - so there is no worry bra side or bra straps showing.
