Excellent product, can be used for different sizes of pans. Recommend it 100%.

Kitchen must-have space saver
I bought this Zwilling lid for myself many years ago, and use it frequently. It has held up like new. No rust, shiny finish. I love the space it saves in the shallow drawer under my stove, and also that it fits even my largest pot. I recently bought a couple more as gifts for family members. I highly recommend this product.

Love it!
I needed a lid to replace my many broken ones. They just don't last as long as the pots and pans do. This feels sturdy and has got heft to it. Fits well on all my pans.

Pricey but excellent
This lid was purchased for use on a stainless steel pot that came with a tempered glass lid that can't be used in an oven. We also use it on a cast iron frying pan on the stove top. The off-centre design looks odd, but it is very practical because it encourages one to tilt the lid away from oneself when lifting it. This means that any escaping steam is deflected away so as not to scald you. The lid fits snugly on both the pot and the frying pan. The quality is excellent, as one would expect from the price and the brand.

Quality steel and design
I have had one of these for years and just bought one for my son who has just gotten a new apartment across the country. I don’t particularly like the trend to “tempered glass” lids. I am worried about breaking. Also, many top quality frying/sauté pans don’t have lids but occasionally a lid is useful. This is pretty big and the offset design makes it useful for a wide variety of sizes without having a big lid not sit properly because it hits the handle. As with most Zwilling/Henckles products this is heavy steel nicely finished. Another item to consider is a “dome” which doesn’t sit on the rim like a lid, but fits inside the pan—I also frequently use those, particularly when I want some concentrated steaming.
