I ordered size Medium & it fits my 7 lbs. YORKIEPOO perfectly. Use the size chart, it helps. My puppy is very attached to me & loves her carrier bag! Her legs out front & the extra tail opening make her comfortable for hours. The cris cross straps distribute the weight, thankfully! I have a bad back & neck & am able to adjust the position & even wear her to the side if I get sore or need my front clear for task completion. It has become her favorite spot! She jumps into the bag when she see it !!! It is great for a small animal, & would prevent them getting underfoot in crowds or when we can travel again. I have arm & hand injuries, so to carry her safety, comfortably, & be able to snuggle her is just what I want. If you have Ortho issues, I caution you to be careful if toting a larger dog in a bigger bag. It distributes the weight nicely, but, the bigger the animal the more strain. You can even wear it like a backpack, tho, which may help some folks. The item is well made, reasonably priced & works great for my disabilities & makes carting my puppy easy & fun. I get so many comments & inquiries about the bag, & the dogs loves to be in it. I use the straps to hang my phone & water bottles & even her leash & poop bags. I have even done a little hike carrying my puppy, where the low brush made me concerned about ticks! I really enjoy this bag, recommended it & will certainly buy another! LUANNE

So I was looking for a way to be able to go on walks and take my 7 1/2 month cat with me. I used to just carry her when she was tiny but she had gotten much bigger sense and I feared taking her out because I thought she would get scared over something and get away. She loves to go on walks so much that I started to look at pet strollers and other carriers that were about $50-$150, I considered buying some because of how badly I wanted our walks to be able to continue! Then I came across this carrier. For $12, plus the shipping. I said why not, worse case, I cant use it and I have to send it back. I decided to get a medium since my cat is about 7-8 pounds and the sizing chart said that's the size she should be in. It came in the mail quite quickly to my surprise. She currently fits in it perfectly! So the sizing chart was right. Even though the chart was meant for dogs. I love that the straps cross on my back, it makes me feel like she's so much more secure and she loves going out. Getting her in the carrier isn't very difficult but its definitely not her favorite thing about it so we have to wrestle her a bit but the zip up sides and the leash string that attaches to her collar to keep her from being about to jump out are a great feature. Plus the Velcro at the top makes it possible for us to strap her in alil tighter since cats are master escape artists. I've included a picture below to show how cute she is it in. The straps are adjustable so I can wear her or her daddy can. Its pretty secure over all but if you've got a pet that wiggles and wiggles, you'll have to put your hand across them to keep them calm since being in the carrier isn't a natural thing for cats and dogs. So far we have put her in the carrier 3 times, and each time we put her in, she does even better and is able to stay calm to go further on our walks. I highly recommend this carrier. Its convenient and cute. The only issue is that the straps aren't padded at all so if your pet is over 10-12 pounds, the straps might not be so comfy but so far, we haven't had any problems with it since our Lucy is only 7-8 pounds.

I don't know if I am a rare case or not but...My my little girl was having such a ridiculously difficult time staying still and not understanding what was going on that I just gave up because no matter what I tried it did not work!It literally felt like I was trying to put a straight jacket on her or something.The colors are great, very vibrant and pretty, the quality is decent for something made in China but the straps would not sit nicely and would definitely hurt after a while because there is no padding because you would basically have nylon straps with weight hugging you.I would definitely not recommend this or buy it again for dogs like Chihuahuas, all Terrier breeds, etc. it may work on calmer breeds like Maltese.
