The set includes 5 bands which offer different levels of resistance for low and high-intensity workouts. You can also use multiple bands at the same time to increase the level of resistance and take your workout to a whole new level.
- NATURAL LATEX MATERIAL: The bands are made from natural latex for superior durability and elasticity when stretched. Each band has a loop diameter of 60cm (approx.) and can be stretched to three times its starting length. The bands are also colour-coded and clearly labelled with their level of resistance, allowing you to easily identify which band you’re using.
