perfect with the right formula
Bought this to try making tofu pudding. First try it was a failure and big disappointment. Texture and taste were both way off.Tried to find different formula and process. On second try, it came out perfect. The texture, color, taste were great. Made many batches since then, it came out consistently perfect every time.

Fooling
I dont know why they send me this thing but it has nothing to do with making tofu. On the back, the label still saying that this is GDL but it turns out this stuffs.
