One of the Best Values You'll Find
Looking for a bluetooth headset that doesn't fall off your ear? Looking for a bluetooth headset that works well, has a long talk or standby time and is compact and easy to use? You've come to the right place. Let's look at three areas: sound quality, ease of use and comfort. The sound quality is great - calls are crisp and clear and with plenty of volume (adjustable of course). The reports from people I've called are that the sound is crisp and clear. Plantronics has made this headset as easy to use as possible. There's actually an on-off switch (nice thought) with a little green mark to show it's on, a large button that will answer calls or trigger your voice activated dialing and a volume up and down switch. Simple, easy and it works. The headset will go to sleep if not used to protect battery life. To wake it up, press the large button once. Typically, I turn it off when I'm not using it with the on-off switch.I wanted a headset that felt "secure" on my ear yet didn't feel uncomfortable. I tried many headsets over the years - including some very expensive ones and realized that the ones with the larger ear loop that fits around your ear work best for me. The photo does not show that loop - it's the same color as the smaller loop you see but allows you to quickly and comfortably place the headset into your ear - and - you'll find that even while walking or driving, the headset feels secure. So, the small loop goes in your ear, the larger loop goes around your ear. Simple, secure, comfortable.I was surprised to hear verbal prompts from the headset - like "phone one connected" - so there's some nice features to make it even easier to know when it's paired. You can pair this with two devices as well - that's a very nice feature. The headset will tell you how much talk time is left and - with the iPhone, I realized that I can look on my phone and see how much battery is left on the headset - nice touch, Plantronics. It's a great price and value - it's stylish too. I have had this brand before - my last one saw 5 years of use and finally decided to leave the world. The seller is great - be sure that you allow extra time for order processing and shipment as they note. I'd recommend setting your expectations to getting it with 7 - 10 business days after you order it so it's not a instant ship, instant get item.

The Best Entry Level headset
I bought this headset primarily for driving use. This head set is small, lightweight and reasonably comfortable to wear. Now I use it regularly even when not driving. What I liked about this headset.a. Affordable, light, compact.b. A2DP function: Normally a wireless headset can only provide audio when making 'calls'. While a wired headset can provide audio when making calls plus, listening to media (audio, video), games, phone system sounds, gps, etc. In a nutshell the wireless headset now works like a regular wired headset. At times I use the headset to watch media or play games as not to disturb my children while they sleep beside me.Note: This headset is primarily designed to provide voice clarity when making calls. Sound is very clear and perfect when it comes to 'people speaking' type of audio. Don't expect audio quality to be excellent when it comes to listening to music (treble and bass) -- definitely no stereo sound as you need a left and right headset to get this.c. Long battery life: With A2DP function, headset will be pointless if it has poor battery life. M25 is rated at 11 hours talk time and 125 days standby time. Have been using this headset for 4 days now and the battery still registers 9 hours of talk time. There are instances that I forgot to turn the unit off the entire day. Battery life from 10 hours registered 9 hours the following day. The battery consumption in my opinion is superb!d. Can connect to 2 devices at the same timeI have not tried to connect to 2 phones yet. But I do connect to my mobile phone and PC at the same time and hear audio from both. A limitation I found here is that the PC will always register as phone 1 and my mobile phone will be registered as phone 2.Device registered in phone 2 will not have A2DP function. While the PC registered in phone 1 seem to have A2DP as I hear all PC system sounds from the headset.e. Plantronics App from Android marketPlantronics come with a 'Headset Battery Meter' app from Android Market. I can see the battery life of my device from my android app which is a plus for me. (note: headset will also tell you remaining talk time each time headset is turned on).Clarifying issues encountered by other reviewers.1. Disconnection issues: Personally I have not yet encountered any disconnection issues with the following scenarios.Driving: Headset on my ear, phone is either in my pocket or in one of the cup holders in the vehicle (range: within 3 feet).Regular use: Headset on my ear, phone in my pocket. (range: within 2 feet)PC use: Headset on my ear connected to Notebook PC (range: 3 feet)Other notes:Difference between M25 and M55.M55 is basically an M25 with added voice command feature. You can say 'answer' or 'ignore' to accept or reject calls. That is the only major difference that I know and the rest should be the same. The voice command feature comes at a premium of USD 10.00. Vocalyst feature will add more voice command features by controlling your mobile phone with an annual subscription rate. This added feature I do not require hence I went with the M25 instead.

So close, yet so far
I got this headset after I lost my Jabra Extreme, which I really loved. The good:- It's very comfortable inside my ear, I can wear it all day. It's even a bit more comfortable than the Jabra Extreme.- Long battery life, plus it tells you how much battery is left.- Great sound quality. I use this headset primarily to listen to podcasts while I'm driving, cooking, etc. It also has plenty of volume, and it works well for phone calls as well. The bad:- Range is so short, I want my Jabra back! The biggest problem for me is that I usually have the phone in my front pocket, and it loses connection if I'm standing up. If I'm sitting down, such as when driving, it's perfectly fine, but loses it if I get out and start walking. The Jabra Extreme never had this problem. Plus even when I have the phone on the counter in the kitchen, I can hardly walk to the other side of the kitchen without losing connection. Awful!
