Acme Saul Faux Leather Sectional Sofa with 2 Reclining Seats in Espresso

I bout a variation of this year ago from another seller! My parents in law saw it and liked it now I have bought this one for them . They love it and it feel more durable than then what I got at home

I absolutely enjoy this couch. With that said there are some hiccups that buyer should be aware of when purchasing. Note that the power recliners are only at the edges of each side of the couch and cannot be swapped. All other components can be swapped out but it may also require a drilling the hinges to create the correct male female connection needed to properly reconnect the couch. Strongly recommend to people to help with assembly and to have a drill available just in case you want to swap things around from the view scene in the pictures here. Due to the shape of my living room I had to change the layout of the sectional which required me to take off the hinges and reassemble them back to have it properly fit. About five months in to owning the couch power went out to one of the sectionals. As I inspected the chair I found that the sectional and where the wire connects for power rubbing against each other every time it laid back and then back to a chair again. This ultimately ripped the power cord completely and severed it. Not everyone is technically savvy but I was able to reconnect the power and now it’s working properly fine. I was also able to redirect the power so that break will not happen again . I don’t believe that this should’ve ever been an issue and that if it was properly made with that in mind that the power and the friction should never of been in contact to begin with. Overall I got a really good deal on this couch because it was on sale at the time I bought it and it is still a great value for what I get compared to the market today .

I’m not one to write good reviews but this couch is really amazing. More comfortable and better quality than anything at Raymore and Flanigan. Highly recommend. Make sure you have two strong men to assemble though as it took two men a few hours to put together

This couch is amazing! Huge and comfy. However mine came with 2 councils.. and not the seat… idk if that was a mistake on the company or what happened …but it did end up working for my family to have the 2 councils and not the seat. Also, we only received one power bank instead of 2, one for each reclining seat. So we had to buy a “replacement” for $40 and that won’t be here for 2 weeks.So far it’s a decent couch tho. I haven’t had it long enough to see how it holds up, so we will see and I’ll re Wright if the leather isn’t durable, as of now it is. It’s early still however

The couch was beautiful, the cushions were really thick and comfortable. Some of the parts were a little misaligned that made it a little difficult to assemble but nothing that delayed assembling it by much however the couch was made a little cheap for the price. The reason for the one star review was they delivered the couch and left so fast we didn't have any time to inspect the boxes or couches for any damage and for the right pieces the corner section of the couch arrived damaged so badly that it can't be used. They also sent two of the same left facing end pieces and when we contacted the manufacturer they made it clear they wouldn't help us at all that we needed to go through Amazon. Amazons lovely customer service after 3 hours of chatting with them and being rudely disconnected twice by a customer service representative was only offered to refund our money or they would give us a very small discount ($450) for keeping the broken couch and dropping the issue entirely, they were absolutely no help at trying to get an exchange for the broken and incorrect pieces or for the entire couch itself.Edit** upon trying to return the couch the drivers that came the first time to pick up the couch had a full truck and could not fit the couch and claimed that Amazon told them it was a sofa and was not a sectional and so they couldn't take it and we would have to reschedule, upon trying to reschedule we had to call and email the company several times and then was given a two day window on when they "might" show up and get it and when they did show up they tried to refuse to pick it up a second time.

Update: I finally got the right corner piece for my sectional. The console now is switchable. I increase my review rating, would have gave it 5 stars if not for the trouble of getting it all right. The couch is firm, but I like it like that.The picture shows that the center console is on the right side of the sectional, it is on the left side. You CAN NOT switch sides with it because its made specifically to fit into the left side based on its contour with the other seats.

The couch itself is comfy however the pieces the sent did not connect and they also did not send the pillow for the cup holder area customer service is none I had to send the whole sectional back and request a refund because they do not offer replacement unfortunately I was told the refund would take 30 days and I wanted the sectional I would have to reorder which would take an additional 2weeks for delivery now I have no couch in my family room it’s a huge inconvenience

2 pieces did not attach correctly. They had the wrong connection on one side of each piece. My husband had to reconstruct
