Mammut Nova Iii Mid GTX Women Trekking & Hiking Boots

I was looking for some new walking boots to replace my knackered Salomon boots. Due to a old fractured ankle I wanted some good ankle support. I also wanted goretex waterproofing.I originally ordered an 8 as I am a 7.5. They were too small and so I ordered a 9 which was actually quite a bit cheaper.These boots are great. The ankle support is really good. The soles are excellent, really good grip. Waterproofing is as you would hope for with goretex. The new buck in brown looks smart but is alto easy to clean. These boots are quite heavy but I knew that when I bought them.Really pleased with these boots. Had them a few months now and probably worn a dozen times never rubbed me once, worn straight out of the box.Excellent boots!

This is my second pair of these boots. Really supportive and well padded while being light and comfortable. I was a DofE leader and assessor and my first pair saw me through lots of expeditions. Time for a new pair and I'm equally pleased. They are neat so order a full size larger.

I had to return the 1st pair as they were too small. I suggest a full size bigger than normal for this boot. They are very comfortable and are certainly a quality boot....well worth considering

Originally ordered a 3.5 size but needed to send back and get a 4 after trying as sizes are a little small.Item arrived earlier than expected from Spain which was good

The shoe itself is great, on the smaller side though. I ordered a 6.5 and I'm normally a 6. Unfortunately amazon delivered size 5.5, despite me ordering size 6.5, which we're returned and the shoes bought from a more reliable retailer.

Wife loves them, comfortable from the start, waterproof.. perfect for dog walks, and hikes around South Wales. Fit is spot on.

I’ve now worn these for two longish and one short hike and they were comfortable from the start. I haven’t worn them in wet weather yet so can’t vouch for their waterproof qualities.I’m normally a UK size 6-6.5 but bought a 7, which made room for two pairs of hiking socks.

This boot looks nice and felt ok in the house. But I’ve done 3 long walks now and each time I get numb small toes, rubbing and sore bits at my ankle. So disappointing as these are the replacement boot/brand from my previous boots which were comfy from day 1. Really feel I’ve been done out of a lot of money for a boot that I’ll only be able to use in the garden!!!!! On a plus, they are waterproof and look the part!!!!!I bought a larger size but they are narrow

Der Schuh ist sehr bequem und für den Alltag und leichte Wanderungen sicher gut geeignet. Für mich war die Sohle nicht fest genug und der Schuh für das Wandern im Frühjahr/Sommer zu warm. Daher ging er zurück. Ich habe normalerweise Gr. 38, habe Gr. 40. bestellt und das war auch gut so: Er fällt sehr klein aus.

Abwicklung des Kaufs war problemlos. Der Schuh hält, was das Angebot versprochen hat - einwandfreie Verarbeitung, nässedicht, strapazierfähig und mit hohem Tragekomfort. Gerne wieder!

Entsprechen der Größe,ist ja nicht immer bei Schuhen der Fall , sind super bequem für meine langen und auch kurzen Wanderungen ,Sehen auch noch schick aus

Ich trage normalerweise Größe 38, habe hier allerdings eine 39 bestellt.Schon einige Wandertouren haben diese Schuhe nun mitgemacht, auch auf unwegsamen Gelände, durch Matsch und im Regen . Die Schuhe halten definitiv, was sie versprechen. Sind wasserdicht und trotzdem habe ich nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Füße schwitzen (gute wandersocken vorausgesetzt).Da mein Fuß recht breit ist, hatte ich bedenken, dass die Schuhe zu eng sein könnten. Aber dem ist nicht so.Ich habe von Anfang an ein sehr gutes Gefühl in diesem Schuh gehabt, kein drücken oder ziehen, passt perfekt und gibt auch den nötigen Halt.Auch die Sohle und der Stoßschutz an den Zehen erfüllen ihren Zweck.Auf nassen und rutschigem Untergrund könnte etwas mehr Grip sein, aber für den Preis ist das auch noch ok.
