Perfect for vegetarians or those on a high fibre and high protein diet. Our StoryMaria's passion for healthy, home baked food goes way back. Growing up in Glendalough, Co.Wicklow, in Ireland, her family had a Tearooms, Guesthouse and Antique shop. Everything served was home baked by Maria's mother in her Stanley range. She would start at dawn every morning, filling the range with logs and turf to bake delicious soda breads, scones, cakes, biscuits, jams and her famous homemade lemonade. Maria has been making her own delicious homemade granola and muesli for many years. But when a friend with a gluten intolerance stayed with her it gave her the idea to make Gluten Free Granola. She spent a day experimenting and trying out new flavours, tasting lots of yummy combinations of fruits, honey, vanilla, nuts and seeds until she created the very best granola recipes. The house guest was delighted to eat what she called 'real food' again. She gave some Granola to her coeliac friend. Within days the word spread and people were asking Maria to make it for them. Just like her mum her hobby has become her business. Maria is so happy to make luxury, gluten free food affordable, so that everyone can enjoy.
