youngevity products are amazing I was looking for a meal replacement shake and this one is great!!! Now remember your healthy meal replacement shakes are not going to taste like a 1000 calorie milkshake so remember this when reading other reviews. Don't get me wrong this does taste good especially with low fat milk when blended. I drink one in the morning and is very very filling. And let me tell you this is a 30 day supply so when you factor that in daily the price is fantastic. Want to save money, get healthy and fit GO YOUNGEVITY!!!

It’s a diet shake not IN-N-OUT Shake.
Not the greatest flavor. Add some frozen strawberries and you’ve got yourself a decent shake.

Use for weight gain or weight loss
Gave this to my mother-in-law to help her to gain weight. She loves the vanilla flavor when mixed with cream.

Pretty good
Taste great when you blend with a couple strawberries. Curbs that hunger for dinner. I wouldn't be able to skip meals for the liver cleanse without it.
