Impressive compact juicer
Pros: Quiet, good-looking, small footprint, easy to clean, fun to watch the action, great tasting juice, good safety features, prompt customer serviceCons: Not heavy duty. Make sure you cut the carrots, beets, etc. into thinner slices or smaller chunks to feed the juicer. Don't try to feed a whole bunch of parsley in at once, and cut off the stems when you do, lest they clog the mechanism. Be careful the rubber wipers inside the bottom of the spiral unit stay in when you wash it by hand or in the dishwasher. We lost one of ours and called customer service. They mailed us replacements immediately. Don't be fooled by the picture showing a little bit of carrot pulp and a lot of carrot juice. That's opposite of what actually happens with carrots.Overall: We've had ours since Christmas 2014 and love it. We have green juice every morning before breakfast and have lost weight without trying. Don't overload it and you'll be happy, too.

Finally a juicer that won't wake up your neighbors or splash on your face
I purchased this after trying to find a better juicer than my previous Breville "fast" juicer. Every time I would put greens into the Breville juicer, because of the speed, it would simply go in and get chopped up and right back out. Also because of the speed and power when I would juice beets the red juice would spray from any place it could. I would end up with spots on my kitchen walls, face, shirt, etc! The Breville also had a slow speed and fast speed, but somehow the motor decided it would only work on one speed. Every piece I would put in the motor would overheat and stop requiring that I keep turning it off and on. What a pain!Enter the juicepresso. This juicer is so slow in the best way possible. As soon as I turned it on I thought there's no way it will juice a piece of carrot, this thing is so flimsy. Boy, was I wrong. I started with some grapes and tasted the pure juice and never have I seen so much juice come from juicing grapes. My husband even came over and started eating the grape pulp that was coming out. Still tastes good. Juiced apples, kale (sucessfully, finally), carrots, mint, etc. The final product was clear with less pulp than the Breville. The majority of my pulp was from cucumber, but if you don't like pulp you can always use a fine strainer. I don't feel rushed to get everything in since it is so slow and I love that you can't hear this across the street... It comes with a recipe book, two containers, instruction booklet, and a cleaning brush. Love the compact size on this and cleaning is a breeze! The only complaint and reason for docking one star is when it arrived it came only in it's original box for the whole world to see. No outer cardboard box for shipping protection as well as theft protection if it was to be left outside. It was so weird. There was a paper taped to the top with instructions on how to juice properly and the tape was ripped on one side allowing the box to come apart on that side. Amazon should have done a better job to ensure better shipping quality.

I've wasted so much organic produce that has gotten clogged in ...
If you juice mostly greens (celery, kale, parsley) then this may not be the juicer for you. It constantly clogs with the strings from the celery and ginger and I have to stop-take the machine apart-clean and restart again. I've wasted so much organic produce that has gotten clogged in the machine. What I do like is you can put most of the parts in the dishwasher and the size is compact.

DO not buy this product.
I have used this juicer for about three months almost everyday. About a month ago, the the metal mesh in the squeezing screw bended. Though the small gap created, pulp is flowing into juice. I did not feed any hard materials; mostly carrots, cabbage, kale, and apples. I am quite sure that the machine was not properly designed, and the squeezing screw does not have sufficient strength. The machine looks stylish, but not functional. Do not buy this product.

After trying it I would say that there is some fiber relesed in your juice that I didn't like and the cleaning is OK
I was very excited about getting the Juicepresso home. After trying it I would say that there is some fiber relesed in your juice that I didn't like and the cleaning is OK, not as easy as advertised. I was expecting better quality for the price.

The design is beautiful and is rather silent but
Se bought this juicer after a long research. The design is beautiful and is rather silent but... On the second time juicing we put a baby organic beet and it broke! The colander got two holes!!! I mean it should juice anything so we now have to use an external colander so that we don't get pulp in our juice.... For the price honestly is not worth it!

Slow Juicer
I love that it is a slow juicer and does not heat the juice which damages the enzymes. It is not quite as easy to clean as advertised, but over all it works quite well and has a small footprint on my counter. Everything stores together nicely.

Great juicer!
Makes great juice...it's smaller than I thought, but still worth the investment.
