I bought 4 of these for my sons, so we could get them watching their fitness levels. My boys are active, but they didn't mistreat their fitness trackers. Every single boy, from 16 down to 9, had their tracker break at the same place - where the charging port tucks into the band. I suppose the band would come a little loose and then the plastic there would snap, leaving no way to charge the tracker. Super glue worked for a time, but eventually we had to throw them all away. Super disappointing. The app also would also reset randomly, leaving us no way to go back and see how many days they'd reached their step goal, unless they checked in with us every single day. Do not recommend!

The item itself is lightweight, but sturdy. It is effective and accurate for tracking steps. It does not track heart rate and it is not very accurate for sleep, sometimes not tracking at all. My main issues with it is the app, which does not sync with any fitness app (I also have GoogleFit installed to sync my steps with MyFitnessPal app). You can look at "activity" and "sleep." Daily activity screen shows calories, mileage, activity duration. Weekly, monthly, and yearly screen shows distance, # of steps, calories burned, avg distance, avg steps, avg calories. Daily sleep screen shows hours of deep sleep, light sleep, and awake hours. Weekly, monthly, and yearly screen shows avg sleep hours, avg deep sleep, avg light sleep, avg sleep start time, avg sleep end time, avg awake hours. The screen text is very small, I'm always guessing what the numbers say on the charts. There is no way to expand the screen and no instructions on what some of the "extra" device features are for.

I bought this April 2018. It had a ton of reviews which have disappeared. For the money it works well. I got tired of replacing expensive Fitbits. Comes with 2 bands. First band lasted 1 year then broke. Now using blue band. I’ve written seller a few times. First time I wrote got a quick response. 2nd time no response. The tracker was for a better word, turning itself on, like I wanted to track my cardio. This would happen at work sitting at my desk. It would kill the battery but it has stopped doing that. I think the seller fixed this glitch. It was a pain. Again for the price this tracker works well. Step counting I find to be accurate. Sleep feature works as well.

Used this for years before it finally broke. The charging bit snapped off in the wrist band and that was that. Even so this is a solid FitBit knock off in my opinion (I know have an Inspire HR). This is a good starter fitness tracker and will stand up to daily wearing. I only took it off to shower and charge it and it lasted a good couple years.

Sadly this watch did not track all my steps. Customer service is great and they sent me a new one. This one did not work either. It works well if you are going for "a walk"..long strides etc. If you are walking around doing laundry and housework, only about 60-70% of the steps register. I had step trackers for years and when I got this one I noticed I wasn't getting near my 11,000-12,000 daily steps.

Initially this was a great little fitness tracker, but after 3-4 months it started to go into the work out mode on its own and the touch sensitive screen would not register my touch so I could turn it off. Really annoying to have it randomly start and stop on its own several times within one hour. I got so annoyed that I don’t wear it any longer.

I purchased this product in February 2018 and waited to write this review to ensure I could speak truthfully. This device has last longer than my 1st Gen Fitbit did and I am very, very happy with the purchase. Only recently did I notice the bottom band is slightly disconnected but this is due to my 4 year old trying to swing from it. The app will sync with google fit. My only complaint is that the device recognizes more activity from brushing my teeth & washing dishes than a 1 hour yoga class.

I have been using this fitness tracker for over a year and, for the price, it has been great. My only complaint is that it doesn't track small steps or side movements (like if you are moving around your kitchen while cooking dinner), but I look at it as it is keeping it real for you. I have now passed it on to my daughter (she is 10) because I upgraded to a fitbit inspire. She is loving it and we enjoy comparing our steps at the end of the day. The best feature about this, in my opinion, is the charging feature. Just taking off one side of the strap and plugging into a USB port is convenient and easy, while the fitbit has a specialized charging plug you have to use (and not leave at work over the weekend when the fitbit needs to be recharged...ugh). The strap holder did break off on both my black and blue straps, but I just use those tiny rubber hair ties, wrapped around twice and it serves as good replacement.

Love this product, simple and easy to use. Once the USB is connected to adapter it comes alive. Quick to connect via Bluetooth and easy to use .

It’s basic, but at this price what do you expect. Perfect for my 6-year old to track his steps.

My wife gave this lovely gift to me and I love it. The colour is the one I love. It is tiny and light but good enough for man. The functions are all inclueded for me to keep me healthy. I can’t wait to start use it. I need to give Five Stars for this wonderful gift.

I decided to write my reviews here and explain a few things since I just got it recently.First of all , that Fitness tracker does exacly what it said here and will provide you all the instruction that you need to activate it properly.Second, it doesn't feel like you wear it because it's really small so it doesn't affect your skin or transpiration.3. I the battery did last a full day without losing any juice and was a full bar. In conclusion, I recommended that product if you are looking for decent quality and saving at the same time.

It’s a gift for my boy. He is crazy like it. It is easy to charging and setup. All the functionality is setup on APP. The user interface is simple to use and lightweight.
