Very warm, comfortable, easy to walk the beach with and plenty of pockets, excellent value for money

A very nicely made suit. Seems to be good quality and it's certainly very warm. I'll have to wait to test its waterproof qualities but I don't doubt it'll be fine. The jacket is a perfect fit with just enough freedom of movement to allow for a good casting technique. The bib & brace trousers are a tad long but that's normal for me as I'm 5'8" and most of these trousers seems to be made for longer legs. A small amount of turn-up is all that's needed for me but if you've got slightly longer legs than me then I reckon they'd be spot on. The zips are heavy duty with tags attached so operating them should be no problem when wearing gloves. The pockets could do with being a bit larger and a couple of angled hand warmer pockets would have been nice but all in all they're ok. There is an internal zipped pocket in left side of the jacket. Again this could have been a bit bigger and maybe a second one would have been good. The trouser braces use good quality nylon buckles and are easily adjusted. There are two decent pockets with velcro closures on the flaps and they also have open slits for easy access.The black & red combination looks smart and the prominent branding doesn't look over the top.I've got three days sea fishing coming up at the end of October so I'll get a chance to test these out in real world conditions. We live in Orkney. We have 2 dogs which my Husband walks over our Friend's Farm twice a day, without fail. Each walk is around 4 miles and in all weathers. He has a number of different types of gear he uses, dependent on the weather.This Imax Thermo Suit is first class and just right for this time of year, going into Winter. It is completely wind and waterproof and nicely lined for warmth and comfort. He wears only a thermal long-sleeved vest underneath and a pair of trakky bottoms. The trouser bottoms fit perfectly over the wellies and have an adjusting zip and strap round the bottom to tighten them in to the wellies.My Husband is 6'3" and 17 stones, with a 42" waist and 48" chest. Inside leg is 33" and he has long arms. The 2XL suit fits him perfectly.I hope that these stats help anyone else thinking of purchasing the same suit. KEM

My old winter fishing suit was worn out and in need of replacement. The Imax suit is a comfortable fit, (I'm 6ft, 12 stone and bought size L), with room for an extra layer of clothing but if I was a bit heavier the XL size might be a better choice. The suit is very warm, the high collar protects the neck well. Plenty of decent sized pockets including an internal zip pocket. The ankles are zipped with Velcro fastening for a good tight fit so the leg ends don't rub and wear on the ground. A cross strap on the braces is well placed so the braces don't slip down off the shoulders, a common complaint in my experience. Only 4 stars for waterproofing as I haven't tested it in serious heavy rain but several showers were no problem. So far I'm very happy with the suit.

Coat is great fits perfectly well made. Good high roll collar neck will help keep out the cold. But the bottoms are too big & suspect the bottoms are all one size and not made specifically for Small medium, large especially reading other people's comments some saying they to small for x large & vica versa .

Partner bought some century waterproofs that were paper thin, the bibs and braces were £150 alone so to find the whole set of these at such a reasonable price I was very happy, he’s warn them a few times it has kept him warm and dry in all weathers very happy with them.Edited to add after less than 2 months and only wearing 4 times the stitching has now come away from the hood which is unfortunate.

I wore this for sking in addition to using it at work and it did the job.to be nicest it wasn’t particularly cold either.

Ottimo prodotto, ottima qualità/prezzo.Alto 1.78 cm. per 82 kg ho acquistato tg. L perché la M (provata in negozio come mia tg. ideale) risultava troppo corta di maniche. Indossata risulta comoda ma nn impaccia nei movimenti, molto calda, anche troppo. Sotto la tuta si consiglia una maglietta a maniche corte e un pantalone leggero di cotone. Richiesta Total black, arrivata nera/rossa, ugualmente bella.

J'ai acheté cette combinaison en 2018 après avoir souffert du froid lors d'une journée de pêche en bateau.La protection au froid et à la pluie est exemplaire!!!La veste :Très bonne protection au niveau du cou, la capuche est elle aussi super avec une bavette sur l'avant. Nulle besoin de mettre des couches en-dessous, le revêtement interne est très chaud tout en étant respirant.Le pantalon :Très chaud et étanche avec bretelles ajustables élastiquée.Utilisée depuis bientôt 5 ans, je ne peux plus m'en passer.D'un point de vue de la taille :je mesure 1m76 pour 72KG. J'ai pris la taille S.La veste aurait été trop grande en M, par contre le pantalon c'est un peu juste niveau longueur, 3 à 4 cm de plus en longueur de jambe aurait été appréciable, mais je ne vais pas en discothèque 😉On aimera :👍 la protection générale de la combinaison, que ce soit au froid, au vent ou à la pluie.
