This fit my Porter and Cable C2002 Type 3 compressor
I was looking for a regulator repair kit for my Porter and Cable C2002 Type 3. It was difficult to find it on any list of what models the kit fits. However, I read another review that showed this fits a P&C C2002 Type 3 and took a chance. It fits fine. To be clear, the product I purchased was "Craftsman N008792 Regulator Repair Kit for Air Compressors".

Worked for my Husky C303H compressor!
My Husky (Home Depot) brand compressor was leaking around the red regulator valve. A new regulator was going to be around a hundred bucks delivered so I was living with the problem since it was not worth it to fix. I spied this packing kit and took a chance on it. Guess what, it worked! All parts were a direct fit and the only thing I did not use in the kit was the outside o-ring. Happy dance!

Happy with purchase, fixed up my compressor
I was given a Craftsman compressor from a friend who bought a new compressor. Instead of buying a new regulator I rebuilt it using this kit. It was a 10 minute job and I was very happy with the results. The kit even comes with lubricant to lube up the o-rings before installation. The reason I'm giving it 4 and not 5 stars is that one of the O-Rings was missing, O-Ring "B" (as the instructions called it), in the picture it is the one on the bottom left. I had an extra o-ring from a pressure washer kit that fit fine so I used that. Did not need to return (nor did I contact the seller).Overall I am happy with the purchase and would buy it again.

Simple kit that can put your compressor back to work.
Just what I needed to repair the regulator on my Porter Cable compressor. This particular kit will work with several different brand of compressors such as DeWalt, Porter Cable, Craftsman, and Black and Decker. There is a video on You Tube that will show you exactly what you need to do as well. Just type in "How to rebuild the regulator on an air compressor". My Porter Cable would leak air every time I would make adjustments to the regulator. It would continue to hiss even after I locked it down and I couldn't maintain consistent pressure. Found out about this kit and the video and it was very simple to replace. The kit also comes with a plastic packet of lube for the rings too. The instructions that the kit comes with is pretty straight forward too. A picture diagram will show you exactly how to build this into your regulator. If you are having problems with your regulator...this is what you need!

Fixed my leaking 33 gallon craftsman air compressor
My 10 to 15 yr old craftsman 33 gallon vertical air compressor's regulator started leaking, so l looked for new one. Turns out you can't by the manifold (the regulator is listed as part of the manifold), so I took it apart to investigate. Putting grease on everything slowed the leak, but it returned. This kit had everything to rebuild it even though it is not listed for my craftsman compressor. Very easy to change and much cheaper than buying a new regulator, if you can find one.

Buy this kit and return your regulator to operating like the day you first bought your compressor.
I bought this kit to repair the slow leak in the regulator of my Porter Cable C2001-WK compressor. It took me about 30 minutes to disassemble, clean the housing and other parts not being replaced, and prep the new parts and reassemble the regulator. The fact that the kit has the silicone grease packet makes it easy to do the job quickly and correctly the first time. Even if it only looks like one part or just the o-rings are bad in your regulator, replace all the parts with new ones. You'll be sure everything is done right once. There isn't much to the directions, just a parts list and exploded view showing you the parts order and where lube should be applied. But if you aren't somewhat mechanically inclined, then your wouldn't be buying this kit in the first place.

Works on a Dewalt D55168 if...
The regulator disk is thicker than the one in my Dewalt D55168. Since the disk was not broken, I was able to use the 2 seals from the provided disk and put them on my old one. All of the other parts fit as expected, and this fixed my leaky regulator

Keeping my compressor running
Repaired the leaking valve on my 20 year oldPancake compressor - only to find that I still need a pressure sensor - to get it to switch off.I find the repair parts expensive - compared to the cost of a new machine - but prefer to be more sustainable. With the newly ordered pressure switch - I will have the compressor working-again for 30% of the cost of a new one - not terrible - but not cheap either.

Like new again
Kit works with several manufacturers of compressors. This was for a Dewalt. Really just needed the the upper disk with seal. Refreshed all pressure regulator valve components. Compressor now functions as new.
