Weak grip
This pole has a twist-grip which does not lock very tightly and would repeatedly extend whilst attempting to unlock the window. After a good dose of WD40 on the hinge, the window loosened sufficiently for the pole to do its job!

I found this product very easy to use, it also arrived one week early,so first class service from the company.

Not strong enough
The item arrived quickly but did not fit our standard velux window bar opener. It was too flimsy to exert any force to either open or close window and slipped off. Disappointing considering the price.
