So great, I bought 2 of them! I've owned ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS and Wüsthof knives and this one is my favorite. It has kept is razor sharp edge for far longer than the other knives I've owned. Very impressed with this knife.

I'm not sure why anyone would buy a knife made in china when there are tons of much higher quality options available here. This thing is almost guaranteed to get rust stains on it immediately as the Chinese use garbage steel on pretty much everything, almost certainly not Japanese steel.
