Green Mountain Limited Edition Golden French Toast K Cups 24 Count

I love flavored coffee, and this may be the best flavor yet! As it is brewing, the smell of maple syrup and toasted egg-soaked bread (seriously... it SMELLS just like your kitchen would if you'd just cooked french toast and then smothered it in syrup) wafts up from the brewer. With a little cream and sweetener (I don't even drink flavored coffee black), this is heaven in a cup. The smell and flavor are so authentic, your stomach with think it's getting an actual hot, wholesome breakfast in a warm, caffeinated beverage. Shipped well and very timely. Great deal but I would pay a lot more for this now that I know how amazing it is. Actually looking forward to mornings now.

My wife is the coffee drinker in our home. I may have a cup once or twice in the week, French Vanilla ONLY..!!! One day a few years back I worked at a Gas station off the highway, it was fall and we were getting our inventory drop off... Now at this point in life I was 22 and barely ever drank coffee. But I was filling coffee pots and on this cold day, as I was refilling, I smelled this amazing smell coming from one of the pots.... I was like OMG that smells great I gotta try it. So I did, and with some tweaking of the sugar and cream i made the very 1st cup of coffee that would potentially make me a coffee drinker. I ended up leaving that job for a casino job 2 months later and never had that coffee again. UNTIL ONE GREAT DAY leaping years ahead again, my girlfriend who is my now wife found it for me online after talking about it with her... She told me she ordered it for me from Amazon. I could not wait for it to come in. When it finally did I ripped open the pack and immediately brewed a cup... The smell brought me right back to that truck stop at 22, I am 34 now...!!! My wife even got a whiff and is now drinking mine instead of her hazelnut or amaretto flavor. The flavor is so mellow, at first sip you get a mild nutty syrup flavor that expands to give you that french toast taste that coats your mouth, and right as you are getting ready to swallow you get kicked with just a gentle taste of cinnamon if you are just chugging away you will miss that part. This coffee is not rocket fuel or "A.A. style mud coffee... this coffee to me would be treated as a fine wine..... sipped on and enjoyed.... like i said i am not a big coffee drinker but with Golden French Toast in my home I may have 2 cups a day... YES ITS THAT GOOD...!!!

When I saw the flavor golden french toast I became excited. Ordered and anticipated its arrival. Made the first cup, there was no aroma in the room. When I went to smell the coffee, I didn't smell anything that resembled golden french toast but instead just coffee. I thought maybe I had a bad pod so over the next couple days I had a cup each morning, the third day I realized it was in name only and didn't resemble the golden french toast of my dreams at all. Mind you it's not bad, smooth, good coffee, just doesn't resemble golden French toast flavor or smell at all. I chose to keep the coffee and just drink it as a good cup of coffee. I will not order this flavor again and if you're really looking for something that reminds you of french toast in the morning, buy a different brand.

I was already to get rid of my Keurig and buy a Nespresso until I tried this coffee. I LOVE it! I didn't think it was possible to get a really good cup of coffee from a Keurig. This one finally proved me wrong. Its rich and not bitter.I chose it after reading another review that raved about it. I thought I would give it one last chance. Now I order it regularly.

I've purchased this coffee every holiday season since it first appeared, and this is the first time I've been disappointed. It had virtually no maple flavor and the lovely aroma was largely absent. Extremely disappointed. However, the Spicy Eggnog (from a different seller) was just as I remember it and it had a slightly different Limited Edition label. I'm not sure that the Golden French Toast I received from the seller was "the real deal." I'll try to find some in one of the Holiday Assortment boxes for comparison. As it is, this particular box was a huge let-down.

Golden French Toast has always been one of my favorite k-cups, and I always look forward to Wintertime when this seasonal blend is released. I love this flavor, but it doesn't seem quite as strong as it was when it first came out a couple years ago. Maybe because it's lost its "newness", but still very good and recommended. Please note - These came in the green colored k-cups, not the blue ones pictured on Amazon.

it's a great breakfast or after dinner coffee. has the aroma and quick flavor of what you would expect good french toast to taste and smell like. would not recommend wasting it on just boosting your wakefulness of caffeine intake though. it's too good a coffee for that. use it to get rid of the taste of whatever two-cups-of-rot-gut-joe you used to do that. ;)

I love, love, love this flavor of coffee!!! It makes getting out of bed worth it (even on a Monday). It has just that subtle, delicious taste that pair very nicely with some half-and-half. If I had to choose one, and only one coffee to drink for the rest of my life, this would be the one. If I could marry a coffee, this would be the one. I really love it that much! They need to rethink the idea of this flavor being one of their "seasonal" flavors and make it stay year round.
