Great product.
Tried to add a photo but unable. When I found this product several years ago I was very pleased to see how well this works. The Velcro works great in staying fasten to the carpet. As the Velcro stays, this means the cords stay under the SafCord and removes all trip hazards. Use of the SafCord also 'cleans up' the area removing the unsightly mess of various cords. The SafCord product is used in many of our conference rooms covering cords from the wall outlets over the carpet to the conference table. Again, it's clean and keeps the cords out of sight and removes all trip hazards. I have had multiple inquiries on the Safcord, "what is this, how does it works, and where to purchase".I buy the 4' width and the 30' length. At first I purchased the 6' length and found after a period of time I had various size of lengths to which I was then piecing pieces together to cover the cords. With the 30' I no long have various lengths. So much better. It is very simple to install. Layout your cord/s, measure the length of the area to cover, cut the SafCord to size, place over the cords on the carpet, and press down. Super easy, super simple. For any reason you need to remove / reposition the Safcord it's very simple. Pull up on the end to release from the carpet.Enjoy your SafCord. We ( I ) do.

I love how securely the full strip of Velcro on each ...
We have carpeted floors throughout our offices with some cords unavoidably crossing high-traffic areas. I bought a strip of this product to try it out on one particularly problematic area where we all kept tripping on the traditional cord cover. Well, it worked so well that I ended up buying more pieces! Well worth the investment! I love how securely the full strip of Velcro on each side holds so you can run a vacuum over it yet easily adjust it if you need to, and the width I chose gave plenty of coverage for several cords held together. The material is very sturdy, the double stitching is tight and high quality, and the dark grey color I chose matches really well with our carpet. No more tripping or constantly fixing our other "solutions." I couldn't be happier.

Works well! But there are a few things that you need to keep in mind...
These surprisingly work well with the carpet I have. I think I have looped-pile carpet, and according to other reviews I read prior to making my purchase, it works perfectly well on my floors. While it was pricey for me as well ($50, because I bought two of them), I didn't know how much I realistically needed, so be aware of the cost -- this should be considered an investment. The material is strong and sturdy, but it can be easily cut with a sharp pair of scissors. When application starts, I would recommend having a partner because they can precisely put down the cable cover as you apply pressure (SLOWLY) on each section as you evenly distribute the tension to cover your cables. I ended up covering 16 gauge speaker wire, and I used one to cover two cables and another to cover six. The one I covered six pieces of speaker wire had to be carefully twist-tied together to ensure the tension could be distributed evenly. Also, with the six-covered cables, it's considered a high-traffic zone because leads from the living room to the kitchen, so I ended up duct-taping the ends a little bit to keep it covered, but overall, the Velcro holds well and you don't have to get it an a gaudy trip-hazard yellow (unless you need to warn people of the covers). The color I ended up going with was black, and it fits the earthly tones well of my sound system. Just remember: 1.) Have a partner, 2.) Use twist-ties/zip-ties in addition, 3.) Be aware of the cost, 4.) Have loop-pile carpet. This isn't a miracle cable cover unless you're literally covering one cord at a time. Like every DIY solution, think about it logically and you should be fine. Also, my cats run across the covers all the time without anything happening to them, so with bipedal humans, everything seems to stay sturdy.

Great cord solution
I needed a temporary power drop through a high traffic location in a public building. I usually use tape but it often leaves adhesive that's hard to get out of the carpet. I cut the 30' SafCord down to lengths I most often need - 12', 8', 6', & 4'. In my current instance, I needed a run of 18 feet, so I used the 12' and 6' end to end. The nylon fabric cut easily with a standard pair of scissors, although cutting through the Velcro edges required a bit more effort. The Velcro is securely stitched along the inside and outside edges, and across the end. The nylon fabric is also stitched across the end, leading me to wonder if the pieces I cut will eventually ravel out. The produce description states that the cord cover can be cut to length as needed, so I'm hopping the factory end stitches are just extra reinforcement against unraveling. After several days of use, the SafCord Cord Cover is still firmly in place on my commercial loop carpeting. I chose yellow for high visibility, although its low profile shouldn't cause and pedestrian issues.Be aware that this is not a sleeve of two lengths of fabric sewn together through which you run your cables; it's simply a single layer of Cordura nylon with Velcro stitched to both edges. Run your cable(s) across the floor and put the cord cover over it, pressing the Velcro edges down to stick to the carpet.Another thing that's not clear from the photos and description is how much space you have for your cables. I got the four-inch wide cover which uses 1-inch wide Velcro along both edges, leaving a two-inch gap down the middle for cables. If you have a lot of cables or a few really large cables, this cover may not do the job; then again, if you have that many cables, you should probably look for a more industrial solution anyway. So far, I'm very happy with the product. The only negative is the price. At the time of my purchase, it was offered by an Amazon seller and fulfilled by Amazon at very near manufacture's list price. I found this same item for much lower prices from other online sources. I ordered from Amazon because I have Prime and I needed it next day.
