i'm not sure why anyone is writing that it doesn't do anything. I believe that some people are installing it incorrectly possibly. They have great customer service. I left the negative off my battery overnight and the next morning when I started I had trouble finding the correct place to look for the two wires I contacted them and they patiently helped me understanding that I have never been mechanically inclined. After install I gave it time to reprogram the system and smooth out until it purred like a kitten. I feel a lot more pull when I give it a lot of gas. The shifts are quick and hit harder. My car has a turbo and now with the chip I can turn off traction control and not only spin tires on initial launch but also catch second gear as well. I couldn't do that before. My wife is scared to floor because of the power. She is scared of losing control. I would defiantly recommend this and if I get a new car that they have a product for I will be purchasing one quickly.

I followed the instructions and there is zero change. No improvement to gas milage or to horsepower. Do not waste your money.

Definitely feel a difference. My idle is lower when i stop, so its saving me gas at stop lights and when i put my foot to the floor, the gears are changing so much faster because i'm hitting the higher rpm's much quicker. A little tricky to install on the 2014 Optima because of wear the sensor is placed that you have to attach it too, but it was do-able. just follow the instructions and take the negative side off of your battery for a few hours and you'll notice when hook it back up and start the car, your odomoeter will be reset, so will your MPG monitor.

1st the customer service was great, had a question that was answered timely and accurately. 2nd the performance was amazing! My car (13 Kia Optima SXL 2.0 Turbo) performed well before and I was shooting for mileage as my foot is a little on the heavy side. I'm not sure about the mileage yet as I am still on my 1st tank of gas since installation. But truthfully I really don't care about the mileage as much anymore cause I'm having too much fun with the power boost. You have an amazing product for the price and I have recommended it to numerous people already of which several have ordered it. Keep up the good work!Thank You!

Great customer service. I installed this on my 2011 Kia Opitma SX turbo. I have also added a throttle body spacer..K&N filter and up graded my plugs. It seems that I might have a small amount of power on the low end. Haven't notice any increase in fuel economy. The price alone makes it worth giving it a try.

I installed this in my 2013 Kia Optima EX and took it for a drive. This performance chip actually works. Make sure you disconnect negative battery terminal for at least an hour before installation. Failing to do this will make the unit not perform properly and probably have you thinking you got burnt on the deal. I noticed a considerable amount of improved acceleration and better mpg on the digital dash display. Also, make sure you are connecting the leads to the correct IAT Sensor wires. If you already purchased this product, and think it made no difference, you installed it incorrectly.

Directions followed to the T. No noticeable improvement. 5k miles later.Plus.... install is super easy
