Oh man! Where do I begin?? I’ve been looking for glass mugs like these for over 5 years now. Ones that were within my price range and also had the criteria to suit a great cup of coffee or tea. Let’s just say this was a major HOME RUN! I like my coffee and tea in large mugs but not necessarily short ones. This is tall and not short and wide which helps keep the beverage warm for longer than a wide mouthed mug. This is made with thick glass and is durable. I’m kinda clumsy and knock things over pretty often and these mugs withstood my abuse haha. I have some sensory issues and when I came across a review that mentioned the seem on the handle being annoying-I was afraid I would be sensitive to it. However, I’ve have these mugs for several months now and am barely aware of the seem when holding the mug. So it’s a no issue for me. Let’s just say it’s the perfect mugs for a perfect price! Totally buying more to have as backup!

They are the best glass mugs I've ever bought. I am very particular about the cups I regularly use. I look for made in the USA, 16 oz, and well made. These mugs check all the boxes. And they are nice looking as well. They are heavy and smooth. They have a nice feel to them.I dislike ceramic mugs because I wash all my cups/mugs in the dishwasher and ceramic mugs always end up chipped from regular dishwasher cleaning. Glass mugs last longer and stay in good condition longer even when washed regularly in the dishwasher.If you want quality glass mugs these are the best I've found and highly recommend them.

I have had these since last December. They are pretty, hold lots of coffee or tea, are easy to hold and easy to wash. My family and I love them! I regularly stick them in the microwave, filled with water and a tea bag, for 3 minutes, which gets them super hot. Never had a problem. Today I did a stupid thing tho. I had just nuked a mug of tea, and then realized the water from the tap was coming out brown. I dumped my tea and re-filled the mug with chilled water from the fridge. The mug was VERY hot at that point and it was just too much thermal shock. The mug immediately cracked and split. There were NO tiny fragments of glass.... the mug stayed completely in 2 halves. Even when I break one I am impressed. I have already ordered another set. Love them. I hope they never stop making these.

I bought a set of 4 of these Arc International Luminarc Bolero mugs a few years ago. The first time I washed them in the dishwasher (top rack, normal wash setting), the top edge of one of the mugs spalled (chipped) off. So I tossed that mug in the trash and decided that the mugs weren’t that durable and didn’t buy any more. But the remaining three mugs have had everyday use since then (hot coffeee, hot tea) and have held up well without incident, so I thought maybe that one chipped mug was an aberration. So I just bought a second set of these mugs. As shown in the second and third photos, the older set (left mug in second pic) has a greenish hue in the glass while the newer set has a more colorless appearance. So that’s a warning that mugs from different batches may have different hues and might not perfectly match previous purchases. I filled one of the mugs to the brim using two different glass measuring cups and the mug held 15 to 16 ounces depending on which measuring cup I used (this shows that some measuring cups are somewhat imprecise). The mugs also show slightly visible lines from the molds that were used to make them, so these are everyday glassware and not fine glassware. When loaded (turned upside down) in the dishwasher, the bottom bases of the mugs have indents that collect water. It’s a pain to dump water from each base as I unload the mugs after running the dishwasher, but it’s not as bad as some other glass mugs that I have (from a different manufacturer). Overall these are fairly good everyday mugs.Update: Five years later and I just chipped a second glass mug in the dishwasher. So I still have six of the original eight glass mugs (2 sets). With everyday hard use, that’s pretty good for a glass mug. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more if I ever need to but the remaining six will probably outlast me at this rate.

First order had some broken pieces. Glass spilling out all over porch and steps. Replacement order of 3 sets no broken mugs. Just the right size and perfectly made. Good product. BUT I’ve never received credit for the return. Acknowledgement but no credit for 3 months. Still waiting. Calling them took 4 hours on phone with someone who did not know how to help or gets paid to not help.

On a heavy side

We love these mugs. Bought 3 sets of 4 in 2020 and they are still rocking! Daily use for coffee and tea.Washed in dishwasher and light microwave use. We use a lot of mugs... they each get used at least 2 times per week. Highly recommended.
