Weight Watchers 2011 3 Month Tracker Journal Spiral-bound – Notebook

This journal is excellent for keeping close track of everything I eat.Its size is large enough to write in yet small enough to keep from being in the way or obvious from others as I am discreet about my weight loss program.Therefore, I am keeping my weight loss under control.

Seems as though the trackers get better and better each year! Very helpful for one who is trying to lose weight in keeping track of food intake and exercise!

I ordered 2011 trackers specifically because the 2012 trackers had purple pages and I hate purple. I received 2012 trackers for this order. I did get a refund from the seller, but if you are looking for this specifically perhaps clarify with the seller that they will not be substituting a different year's tracker.

I found this to be helpful for tracking while on the WW diet. They have so many helpful gadgets, with this one being one of those.

A little different than the format that I'm use to, but still continues to be an excellent tracker.

I really like this book better than the new ones that are out,but have a hard time finding them. This was perfect and shipped quickly.I would recommend to anyone.
