A wonderful choice if you cannot afford to tile. Very solid and high end. The removeable seat is a great feature. Our contractor installed in a new construction.

So, it came on time for shipping. However, despite multiple emails stating that someone had to be there to sign and inspect for delivery, they left it at the end of the 1/4 mile long driveway by the road and never told us that this would happen or that it was delivered. That being said, the seller gave us a discount for the difficulties that ensued because of this. The base of the unit had multiple cracks but because my husband had traveled 600 miles to his mother's to install this, he couldn't wait for it to be replaced. Again, the seller gave us a small discount for this. The manufacturer was awesome! My husband called them and they immediately scheduled to come out and do the repairs for nothing. Kohler is an awesome company to deal with and unlike so many companies today, stands by their product.

I’m a retired plumber and have used Sterling bath and shower products often! Easy to install and beautiful when finished! This shower did not disappoint and I’m always glad I installed a Sterling shower! I used this particular shower in my bathroom remodel in my house!

Excellent product! The shower came as described and in mostly great condition. There was a small corner that was broken, probably by a forklift due to the shape of the holes in the box. We glued the corner and it is mostly behind the drywall and next to the toilet. The plumber said it was easy to install and it is exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent service, arrived undamaged, seems very sturdy ( Thick) made well.this item can also be bought at Lowe’s for $800 just use the item number when you go there to order it.

Our first shower had a crack in the base, but I reached out to the customer support team to see what we could do and they very quickly resolved the issue by sending out a new one. We received the new one two days later. I am very pleased with the customer service and would definitely do business here again.

I like the seller. The shipping & delivery date is as expected and the product arrived in very good condition. Looks great after installation. However the wall height seems to be a little bit short. I still feel happy with it and think this is one of the best.
