i was a little hesitant at buying this chair as there was so few reviews but they were all positive and the chair seemed to tick more boxes than ones with more reviews so i took a chance and i am really glad i did. Chair is very easy to assemble, super comfortable and perfectly adjustable to get the perfect seating position. materials appear to be of a high quality and see no reason why the chair will not last for many years.I notice the price has been steadily increasing since i purchased it (£200 now, was £180 when i purchased it 1 week ago) - unsure why this is but it is worth every penny.

For the luxury price the chair is lacking the luxury. The head rest is useless, it falls off if you try to use it. The back rest was okay but the horizontal bar at the top irritated me after an hour or so. The seat was again okay but not as comfortable as my work chair. I did go through a stressful but free returns process. I had the impression that a courier would pick up the assembled chair. They do, but you are told to wrap it in bubble wrap, and then automatically books the (free) courier for the next working day. Fortunately, I had another box big enough which enabled me to partially dissemble the chair into 2 boxes, so bubble wrap costs were averted.This has made me wary of purchasing furniture like this from Amazon.

The small plate that affixes the back to the bottom half had no holes bored for the screw. Rather than send a new plate out in an envelope, I had to repack it and find my own courier to send it back.

This chair is AMAZING! so comfortable and great for long gaming sessions. My only issue with it is the headrest is a bit annoying... It's popped off a few times on me but it's quite easy to get it back on luckily

Must admit when the box arrived I did think "what have I bought hear as the packaging was not the best nor the internal packaging, but once you started to unpack the parts you realized that it had been built well. The instructions were clear and all the tools were there. Within 15mins the chair was put together and ready for use. Looks great and is very comfortable as soon as you sit in it, sull back support with a good angle for the desk and my legs don't ache as much. Worth every penny.

Chair arrived packaged well, was fairly easy to install and provided with all necessary tools in order to assemble.Since owning the chair for two weeks i have had an issue with the head rest. It does not take much pressure for you to lean back into the head rest for it to come off the chair. This is poorly designed. The head rest clips on the top of the chair and you screw in two screws on a plastic plate that pushes up into the top of the chair to clamp the headrest on. However regardless of how tight you screw the plate on the headrest just falls off with adequate backwards pressure on the head rest. I have been sent a replacement headrest due to one of my screws braking after the head rest coming off and the second headrest has again come off within a week of having it.Side note, the headrest doesn't go high enough for me so its left digging into the top of my neck as appose to supporting the head. Disappointing, as it basically makes that feature useless to me.Lumbar support is ok, but clearly the feature is very cheap and flimsy so not sure how long that will last.Ive tried other cheaper chairs on amazon that offer similar comfort so difficult to recommend this for its price point.

Pros- Well packaged- Sturdy- Comes with tools and gloves for assemblyCons- I bought this a while ago, & was happy with it, BUT now that I have been working from home due to the lock down, it is not very comfortable. The seat padding is quite hard after a while.- Headrest is a waste of time
