Good Device, Poor Software Support
After battling with "support" was able to figure most of it out by myself. The online "sample" code, at least for perl on ubuntu, didn't work and required my having to figure it out myself. Appears to be a solid device once you can get it to work.

Easy to program; works on slowly changing signals
Good value. Go to Numato site to get instructions and driver if needed. Programming in .net is just a matter of writing and reading strings to and from a SerialPort. I couldn't get "gpio readall" to work but I didn't experiment to see if I was doing something wrong. I also didn't experiment to check its performance but it's not fast. In my app, I write "read gpio x", wait 20 ms, then serialport.ReadExisting() and start again. Thus, my app is < 50Hz. It's been running 24/7 for a couple of weeks at this rate without a hiccup. My inputs are outputs from a set of Fairchild MID400 chips monitoring the 24vac output of zone thermostats. These inputs change slowly.

Worked fine for me.
What can I say -- it worked fine. Didn't see any specifications nor performed repeated high speed A/D measurements. The A/D worked for slow sampling for me. As with the Numato USB Relays, the integration with this device was simple and easy.
