Mandoline Slicer Stainless Steel Vegetable Julienner (White1)

I have wanted to replace our Mandolin slicer for a while.... I saw this one and decided to try it based on the reasonable price and features. I am pleasantly surprised. First, this once is much steadier than I expected, the metal is thick and the device is heavy overall. The options are plenty... several levels of thickness,crinkle, julienne. The clean up was a breeze.... a quick rinse and I was done. I lifted the bottom lever to clear any food that was caught. My only drawbacks: I saw an area where the blade was bent, I do not see an option for replacing the blades with time.

Knowing I am amazing at researching products, my husband (who does all the cooking) wanted me to research a mandoline, which for some reason I constantly want to call a guillotine. Anyways, after a bunch of research, I chose this one for price and because it seemed to be able to do the things that he wanted it to do. He's used it two or three times now, and really loves it! He claims it has all the right settings to be able to accomplish several different things - the waffle fries were an especially popular hit with our kids! I'd definitely buy this again, or buy it as a gift for a friend who enjoys cooking!

I have really enjoyed this slice. I've had two others and this one is the best of them all thus far. blade is easy to adjust, I don't have to store extra blades and best of all I love the Cross cut, which my other slicers didn't have the blade for. I also really enjoyed the way the holder works on this one being two pieces, It makes it easier to use. My only downside with this slicer thus far is same for all of them, how careful you have to be while cleaning them, The blades are incredibly sharp.

Great essential for kitchen. The good thing is it cuts in different shapes so no need of sharp knife. It also makes cutting very quick and is very easy to use. I work in kitchen everyday preparing foods and this thing has definitely made it easy for me.

Have always wanted one and saw this, read the reviews and had it the next day! Used it to slice my fresh squash, zucchini, eggplant, etc for grilled veggies.. Also used to slice potatoes for "chips"! :) Love it!

Very easy to use at a reasonable price! As a vegetarian this is a must. It is great for making fries with such an easy clean up. Could not recommend it enough.
