Aunt Patty's Organic Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil is a non-hydrogenated cooking oil rich in lauric acid, an immune system supporting nutrient, and MCTs, medium chain triglycerides. It is expeller pressed without the use of chemicals or solvents from dried organic coconut (Copra) and unrefined retaining the distinct aroma and flavor of coconuts. Naturally gluten and dairy free, it is also Non GMO Project Verified. Excellent used as a replacement for butter or shortening in baked goods. With an average smoke point of 350° F, it also works great as a frying and sauteing oil.
