Flamemaster Kettle 18-inch BBQ with Pizza Oven Extension

Very flimsy quality.The handle on the lid does not fit properly - OH spent (wasted) 30+ mins trying to fit it and he’s an engineer!. The washers for the legs do not fit over the screw threads.For the cost of this I expected something of far higher quality.Return to sender!

Mixed feeling about this kettle bbq/pizza oven. Firstly the overall quality control could be improved on this Flame Master. The enamelling could be better, the handles are hot finished that well and the domed nuts don't fit the length of tray threads. It feels cheaply made, and if it had cost any more it would of certainly be returned. It looks identical to the Hairy Bikers model but appears to have a lesser specification. The instructions are terrible. There is no guidance on how to assemble apart from some diagrams with letters and number markings which correspond to absolutely nothing. There is no guidance on the pizza section use at all. My first attempt at using it for pizza gave mixed results, I had to go by guidance on youtube of similar designed makes/models. I'm sure after a couple of attempts it will be ok, and also understanding how much charcoal and the best positioning will aid the results.
