These paddle glide through the water and move the kayak quickly. They look like a paddle should look.

Bought this to go with an adirondack pack canoe that has wood trim. Beautiful paddle, nice quality and weight. The handle portion is not perfectly round, a bit oval, which is my preference for kayak paddles.

I already had this paddle and loved it. So when I bought my husband his kayak, I knew that the only paddle that I would buy him was this one. It feels good in hand. It being wood it also doesn't get cold like aluminum paddles do or to hot. It's also lighter in the hand. Not so light that you feel like you're wasting energy paddling. It is extremely well balanced. I recommend this paddle to everyone that asks about it!!!

We much prefer these wooden paddles by Bending Branches than the fiberglass and plastic paddles. The wood is more stiff and feels better in hand. We have two sets now because we liked them so much.

Strong paddle that works well for my purposes. It's a bit heavy (not surprising for solid wood). There's a bit of play in the joint between the two pieces.

Beautiful Paddle, high quality and lighter than my aluminum/fiberglass paddle. Looks very sturdy and seems that it will last for a long time. The rock guard feature on all bending branches wooden paddles gives me more confidence when kayaking on shallow waters. Would definetly buy again... Although I don't think that I'll need another paddle...

The paddle cost as much as my used boat, but it is worth evety penny. It looks beautiful and feels wonderful in the hand. It is light, strong, and nicely balanced.
