Pond's Makeup Remover, Cucumber Cold Cream, 6.5 oz

I like this product for makeup removal and cleansing since I can tissue it off rather than washing it away. It has been around for a long time but the cucumber is a nice addition. Inexpensive and does the job. Leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed.

For all of you who despaired when Pond's changed their formula to include beeswax, the cucumber cold creme includes neither beeswax nor soy (very important to me). I have not had a chance to try it on my slide yet but I did on my hands and it seems to be similar to the good old Pond's that we used on our trombones.For those of you not fortunate enough not to play trombone it did a lovely job on my hands; felt nice, no greasy residue and my skin feels smoother.I have since used it on my trombone, and so has a fellow trombone player. It works perfectly! Much better than slide oil and the old Pond's.Update: They decided to discontinue this product; I am not happy. If only they had marketed this product better I would jut be in the position I am in now- how to make my own trombone slide cream.

FRAGRANCE FREE finally! LOVE this cream to remove my makeup. No tugging needed. I use my Wonder Cloth (of of Hot and Flashy's favorite products) to gently remove the cream and it melts off my face! All other cold creams I've tried burn my skin, and it's due to the fragrance. This product is reasonably priced, and I hope it stays that way because I LOVE it!

I saw at least one review state that the item they received was different than what they thought they were purchasing. Upon first sight, I thought the same thing. The photo shows the words “cucumber” on the product label; however the one received just has a photo of a cucumber slice. I got upset over nothing because had I just opened and smelled it instead of jumping to conclusions, I would have smelled that it does indeed have cucumbers in it. The price point is almost double than what I paid at Target but my Target does not sell the cucumber one. Ponds cold cream is the absolute best - even over Merle Norman. I have very sensitive skin and it does not irritate or cause redness or breakouts. It’s the first product I use when removing my make up and it does a great job removing prior to actually washing my face. Had the price been better, I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4.

The Ponds Cucumber Cleanser is very gentle on my sensitive skin. I am a 61 year old male almost 62. As I am getting older I find that my skin becomes very dry, tight, itches, and burns, from many soaps and skin cleansers. It rinsesoff very easily with water without needing to use a washcloth. It adds moisture to my skin without making it feel greasy. My skin always looks so smooth after each use. It is very difficult to find, as most stores do not carry it. I am so happy to be able to purchase it here on Amazon. I highly recommend this wonderful product to anyone who has sensitive skin.

There is nothing to dislike about this product.If you have dry sensitive skin, this should be the product in your bathroom to remove your makeup!!It's not about the price, it's about the quality of this product... the price literally puzzled me, if this cost $100 I'LL BUY IT!that's how good it's... yes it removed mascara, eyeliners, eyeshadows, lipstick, foundation, name it... and it does so while hydrating your skin, and it's good for sensitive skin!just buy it

I decided to try this facial cleanser after seeing such a good reviews and I’m so happy I did. Most cleansers I’ve used have left my face either feeling dry or even slightly rubbery but this works wonders. It’s got a very gentle feel to it but it’s still great at removing makeup and it actually leaves my skin feeling soft, silky, and so healthy. And the smell is just lovely and refreshing.

This product was ok it works on my face the only downside is that it made my face so oily all day pricing is good smells good but being oily is the only issue for me
