No headset jack. Mentions headphones and sim card not included but that suggests you can use a headset. Do people really hold the phone anymore during calls? Returning.

THE BLOCK BUTTON IS EXCEPTIONAL

Doesn't hold time
I have repeatedly set the date and time only for the time to decrease so that it is not accurate. No one @ Amazon was able to help. I will "chat" with Panasonic on Monday....Very frustrated .....
