A vinyl window with a transom and transoms are almost never covered with window treatments. Horizontal blinds were hung and only a valence which needed to be installed at the same height as the blind. This application was not on the window casing itself but on the vinyl window itself. That meant the valence supports needed to be longer than the usual length that comes with a continental rod. SOLUTION. And the only seller I could find for this longer bracket.
