MY CATS LOVE THIS STUFF!!!
I've used Valerian occasionally as a nighttime tea, and it works very well to gently relax my mind so I can slow down enough to fall sleep.However, I buy this product primarily for my four cats. They can take or leave catnip, and mostly leave it, no matter how organic or expensive a brand I buy. But Valerian root is a horse...er, I mean cat...of a different color.They go CRAZY over the stuff, and a light dusting on their bedding or toys will excite them to a rolling frenzy and just as quickly calm them down.The Valerian Root powder I purchase from Raven Moonlight is fresh and potent, and I will continue with this vendor for the Valerian.My cats insist on it.
