Not sure what this is. It is not a 4 pin FireWire cable.
I received this cable to connect to my Sony DV camera and the four pin connector is about 15% larger than an actual 4 pin connector. It is very odd, as it looks normal until you try to plug it into anything with a 4 pin port. I’ve tried it on four different devices and the 4 pin connector is clearly too large to plug into any of the devices.

Solved a huge problem
With this cable I was able to transfer over several very old recordings from a 10 year old Nikon and a 13 year old sony mini disc cameras. the cable si wellmade and should last a long time.
