I finally got a small that was an actual small - the belt is too big (even for where it is supposed to be) but the costume fits like a glove !

This costume came perfectly packaged in a garment bag on a hanger. I am 5'1 1/2" so I ordered a small. It fits perfectly! The mask is comfortable and the necklace very cute. The belt is sturdy so I'm not afraid of it falling off. One complaint. I put the gloves on only once to see how they fit and a nail already popped off! I will definitely be super gluing them.
