Fender Badge Overlay Decal - 2010-2015 Camaro LS, LT, RS, SS - (Color: Reflective Light Silver)

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy any of the flat/matte color decals!!! They do not come off the backing and onto the clear alignment sheet. I ruined a piece of the decal trying to remove it from the backing and because this doesn’t come with any extra, I now have to buy another set. I’ve had these before in gloss and they did stick to the clear sheet without a problem, but the flat black was awful!

Shipping was fast and the ovelay came in four different pieces of stickers; 2 x "C A M" and 2 x "A R O".I suggets using the dry method when installing these overlays. The letters actually fit perfectly over the badge, so all you have to do is peel off the first film, apply the sticker (3 letters per sticker) exactly over the badge, press on the letters for overlay to adhere to the badge (I used a credit card to press down on the letters), and peel off the second film.I don't suggest using a wet method because the overlay sticker will not adhere to the badge fast enough for you to peel the sticker. I actually did the wet method first and ended up applying each letter instead. It was much harder and took longer to install.

Looks sharp!!Tip: cut the letters out individually because if you try to do it in one shot, the last letter will be a bit off. Do not peal off the tape until 48hrs after applying to be on the safe side. Other than that, IM REALLY HAPPY!! Oh,and they are so generous, they add an extra 2 just in case you mess up =) thanx guys!!

Easy to install, make sure to separate letters. Take care on the "R" as when I removed the masking they almost tore. Also watch the thin parts of the "C" to make sure they are lined up straight. Not a bad look, mutes the shiny chrome a little which I wanted to do.

I have yet to see how long they last, but they look great on my black 2014 Camaro. I bought the Soft Pink ones to match my pink bow ties. It adds that little bit of femininity to my sporty car. READ the DIRECTIONS please! It's pretty self explanatory but if you apply them the way the directions say, it should be easy. If you feel the need to cut out each letter, then that's fine as well. I did that, just to make sure. It took max 15 minutes to apply, and make sure you let them sit with the overlay for 10-15 minutes before taking it off (as the directions say). They haven't peeled off, and it's rained every day since I put them on. I will buy again if they last long enough.

Was sure what to expect after mixed reviews. I cleaned the badges on the car two or three times real good with alcohol and microfiber towel, took some compressed air to make sure they were free of any lint or dust. I cut each indivdual letter separate and stuck them on one at a time. I used my finger and went over them each a few times making sure they were completely stuck on the emblem. I did both sides in 30 minutes and they are flawless. It's all about preparation and taking your time, you cant just pull these off and stick them on like a bumper sticker and expect perfection.

The letters come altogether on a single strip of paper, so if trying to apply all letters at once, it won't work. I had to cut them separately, which is why I gave 4 stars. I also had to cut them slightly to make them fit each letter exactly but love how they adhere. I have washed my car 3 times and they have not moved or peeled. Amazing way to accent your car! Will purchase again for back-ups.

Arrived quickly, well packaged, detailed instructions (which was a big plus). Installed them individually as the instructions recommended. Install went very smooth, decals were absolutely perfect size! They look great installed.
