This cream is the best moisturizer for the driest
This cream is the best moisturizer for the driest, most sensitive and most eczema prone skin!!!! I have been suffering with eczema on THE FACE particularly in this winter and no matter what products I used my skin was still itchy, flaky and red. I tried the products line for the most sensitive skin from dermalogica as well as first aid beauty but it didnt work out for me. After a night being so itchy, I decided I gotta find something that is specifically made for eczema prone skin not just the sensitive skin. So I went on the website of National Eczema Organization and went through every single product that they recommend and finally decided to pick this one. I didnt have high hope for this to be honest. But when I recieve this, with just one night of using this, my skin looks so much better, as least it didnt feel and look as dry as before. It give me a natural glow when i apply it under my sunscreen. I have been using it for 1 week and my skin is healing so much and it really soothed and help me get the eczema thing under control or I would say I don't feel as itchy as before and my skin don't look flakey no more!!!! I highly recommend this to any one who suffer from eczema on their face. It worked for me really well and this is my sincere review! I never had time to review anything but really this product is very amazing! I know everybody's skin is different but let me say this this cream worth your try!!!!

I've tried Honest Company, Vanicream, Aquaphor, Badger, and Babo - only MUSTELA WORKS!! :)
I hardly ever write reviews, but I just had to because... This moisturizing cream is THE BEST of both worlds - sinks in better than a typical LOTION, but doesn't leave as much sticky residue as an OIL.My baby (under age 1) has had dry skin with red patches on her ears, legs, under her elbows, knees, and anywhere drool is left behind. She was constantly itchy and scratched herself to the point of bleeding sometimes.I was hesitant to buy a product that wasn't 100% organic with all natural ingredients, however, I went down a long road before I came to this one and I want to save you the time and energy I wasted.First, I tried Honest Company's bath wash and lotion. Fail.Second, I tried a combination of Honest Company's bath wash, Vanicream and Aquaphor. Helped a bit, but stopped working after a few months.Third, I went all natural and bought Badger Baby Balm, Badger Oil and Babo Miracle Cream. (Badger is mostly olive oil.) I really wanted to love all three products, esp. the Babo but I agreed with the reviewers that said the smell turned them off. I would have stuck with them if they had worked because I love the ingredients and EWG (Environmental Working Group) ratings, but they just did not work. Finally, I bought Mustela's Cream Wash and Moisturizing Cream!!!*Note: I also bought Angel Baby Oil and Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Bath.Hers is my winning combination:(1) Mustela Cream Wash in separate tub/sink(2) Aveeno oatmeal bath in her baby tub(3) Angel Baby Oil (from Earth Mama Angel Baby, just for an added all natural element, to get the calendula in there, and to help her scalp. It contains: grape seed oil, jojoba oil, and organic calendula)(4) Mustela Moisturizing Cream after the bath and everyday all overI didn't believe the other reviewers, but after JUST ONE BATH we saw an improvement! It has been 3 days now and her red patches are almost all gone.Don't make my mistake in thinking all natural is always the best. I realized sometimes we need medications and those are synthetic. My baby's skin was so sensitive she needed "medication" for it and Mustela worked for her!! I've been agonizing for 10 months...Couldn't be happier!!

Quality moisturizer, can't decide if it's a miracle...
Two of my boys have very fair skin, and are incredibly sensitive and prone to eczema and other skin rashes. We've had to stop using regular soap, even natural stuff like Burt's Bees, bubble bath, and scented lotions. It's a huge bummer, because I love a good bubble bath to entertain my kids, and the wonderful smell of baby lotions.People have recommended all kinds of homeopathic treatments, like virgin coconut oil, and nothing really seemed to work. I saw the reviews on the Mustela line and decided to bite the bullet and try this lotion. I wish I had bought the lipid-replenishing balm instead, and the milky bath oil, because this product is good but not *quite* what I was looking for. My fault, really. My four-year-old's eczema is much more severe than my 11-month-olds, maybe because of where he gets it (the "pits" of his knees) or because he scratches so much, but it's much harder to get rid of once his skin gets weepy and scabby--which it does, very fast. The only thing that works is bathing daily with baby oil and slathering him in Aquaphor healing balm. I think this Mustela cream is a good preventive measure and good for getting rid of milder reactions. My youngest son, my baby, just gets flakier, sometimes slightly reddish patches on his back, arms, and thighs, and this stuff works pretty well at soothing his skin (used in combination with daily oil baths and other measures).I used this on my own skin after a shower when I couldn't find any other lotion (I hate wasting it on myself because it's so expensive!) and it does feel really rich and high-quality. It doesn't feel greasy and it absorbs well. My skin is prone to extreme dryness and I do have keratosis pilaris, and this made the backs of my arms feel really soft, softer than usual. I'll have to try some of the other Mustela products to find my eczema miracle but this cream is just a really good, rich, unscented moisturizer for drier skin/winter skin.
