H2 Sport Chrome Hydrogen Generator Water Bottle with PEM Dual Chamber Technology. New for 2019

So I returned the first one and just got the replacement yesterday. I plugged it in to charge and went out to dinner, so I don't know how long it charged before turning green. When I got home about 3 hours later, it was green so I ran 2 cycles and it is now dead. If I have to charge it every time I run a 2 cycle bottle of water, it's not worth it. I also contacted the company directly on the first bottle and never got a response. I'm returning this bottle, I'm very sad and disappointed at the customer service, and that it doesn't work well. It would be nice to have someone from the company contact me to explain why it's doing this.I was so excited to get my H2 Sport Chrome Hydrogen Generator Water Bottle. When it came, I plugged it in and the red light turned on. In about 20 minutes, the light turned green, so I unplugged it and did a double cycle on my first bottle of water and drank it. I wanted to make a second batch for my daughter to try, so I filled it again and ran it for a cycle. When that was done, I pressed the button for a second cycle and it was dead. I plugged it in again and left it on even if the light turned green, but it is now dead. I contacted the company and am anxiously waiting to hear back. The bottle is nice and when it did run, there was a lot of bubble action going on, I'm hoping the company helps me to get it working soon.
